Purchased on 11th October and requested a refund on 14th October as many of the links didn't work. They initially responded asking why I requested a refund and have refused to respond to any further emails. It's now 21st of October, a full 7 days later with no answer from them. I even followed up with them 2 days ago and I'm still being given the silent treatment. Even if their service is good, you can't trust a company that goes about business in this way. Avoid like the plague.

i don't think we should have a 3 out of 3 premium links when we should be able to download with out any restraints catches or requirements

Was looking for Multi-Hoster that didn't require doing international CC transactions and discovered LinkSnappy. They did not disappoint. Fast and good variety of File Hoster support, including some of the big names. Fast Torrent support without the need to worry about seeding. Streaming site download support. Easy one-stop web interface and browser integration with IDM. Ability to be stealthy with no log history. Great customer service with online chat support hours and even some reimbursement vouchers for certain Hoster downtime and new user vouchers for friend introductions. If you are looking for a Multi-Hoster service, look no further. Highly Recommended !

So recently linksnappy advertised that the daily 75GB limit for downloads had been removed and was fully unlimited from now on. Imagine my surprise when I find out today that the unlimited downloads...........ISN'T unlimited at all and if you download MORE than 75gb (despite advertising now as unlimited( you will be blocked for the rest of the day. Talk about lies. Shameful. Shouldn't be advertising unlimited when it's clearly...........not

It supports the most filehosts compared to other services.

Their torrent service had some problems but they fixed them now, making it more reliable. Allows torrent files to be zipped and provides a link so you can download it as one file.

They have livechat support that so far, every time I needed their help, they provided support instantly.

Highly recommended over alternative services.

The staff answers all questions rapidly in the chat and the price is very good.

Excellent service from the staff, if you have a question, it will be answered by the chat very fast.

They are supporting a lot of different hosters. Sometimes they don't work, but it does not happen very often.

Overpriced and they don't want to refund!

211746 (User) I Not longer renewed. Unreliable. Very bad service.
Customer support never assist you properly. I ask thinks about 3 or 4 times they just ask you more thinks and avoid to assist you.
I not longer renew, as example MEGA works by the own, and i try the Linksnappy site and get stuck at the end. They do not investigate just avoid any help. Same happens with "experimental". Wdupload as example never actually works. Not recommended.

Approximately a year ago left a negative review, but fixed it now, as they improved a lot since then!
Has nice set of features and welcoming UI.

I have tried various multi-hosters in the past but LinkSnappy has proved to be on top of them from the day one, LinkSnappy providers access to various hosts out there and also has a great customer team available to help its users out. Even if there are issues atleast I got a response via their chat or email with an update related to the situation and a quick redressal for the same

I have joined LinkSnappy for months, in the beginning it's great but now LinkSnappy suddenly goes for kind of bad experience for their users.

The view status doesnt say the actual status of the host, they will say "Active" but it's not, when you generate the links it will keep saying Error Code 087 without further explanation. This is the most confusing error and well known error number for LinkSnappy Users: Error Code 087.

You may report to them, but they will ignore your report and keep the status displayed as "Active" while the host down for days (or weeks or??) without any information. This kind of cheat for the users, not a good thing to do the business. If its down, please change to "Down" and give some few info to users, If you guys from Linksnappy read this review, please fix this.

And for potential members are going to buy LinkSnappy Service, Please beware of this.

I have tried many multihoster services and finally settled for LinkSnappy. Been using their service for more than 4 years and it's by far the best service provider of it's kind. Their customer service is also very good. They have almost 90% uptime for all the major file hosting sites. Keep improving and LinkSnappy can easily win the competition with other multihoster service provider.
