bought an xDuoo XA-02, shipped with defective firmware so it wouldn't work half the time. ( refund policy seems to take 30% of the original price + shipping, so not an option even nor worth it at all. ) not recommended in the slightest.

poor regulations and product range
I ordered the Aune M1P and the Dunu Falcon Ultra and only received email after one day that the Aune M1P had been discontinued. Coincidentally, the Dunu Falcon Ultra was also discontinued one day later. but the dunu falcon ultra is furthermore at the store avaible at the time where you see this review and i dont know how long more. I did receive a refund, but it was handled very unprofessionally, especially since these products couldn't be delivered, something other stores manage to do. hificat has both products as example and i could ordered them

I had a issue with a cable that I bought from the Linsoul guys.
The guys from Linsoul answered all my questions who I had, helped my out with my issues and fixed it.
The support is very friendly, fast and solvent the problem immediately.
I definitely can recommend buying at the Linsoul shop.
Still Waiting....Linsoul 7HZ x Crinacle…
Ordered from Linsoul 7HZ x Crinacle Zero 2 and its been "STUCK" at Hatfield Depot for 2 weeks so far. Depot dont know, Linsoul don't reply to your queries. Its been over a month since I purchased and I can get things from a lot further....a lot quicker! If i EVER recieve these I might change my review depending on the state they arrive and if they work.

Kiwi Ears Headphone ongoing struggle.
Got a Kiwi Ears Headphone in June (Kiwi Ears is one of the 'branches' of Linsoul family). Headphone promised a lot and it was quite expensive (to me) - around 300 pounds on Amazon's market place. When I got the product it came with sound quality issues due to a defective cable (the cable is absolutely awful, thin plastic designed to tear easily, and almost impossible to be replaced without Linsoul's assistance).
I decided to write to them. After a long e-mail exchange (in which I had to 'prove' my issues with photos and videos) they accepted to send me a replacement cable. It took 3 months (!) + a high custom fee (that shouldn't exist) to finally get the parcel - just to discover THEY SENT THE WRONG CABLE!
Overall, it's Cheap Chinese Junk. Quality is horrendous. I can't speak about the sound quality because the cable was not generating the right signal. Customer Service is not very keen to help if you can't 'prove' and will try to gaslight you to accept whatever they want. I am now trying to get a refund... Oh, and the staff working for this company doesn't seem to know its own products (sending a wrong cable model is either sheer incompetence or deliberate bad behaviour).
I don't recommend this company and their products. Be warned!
They'll happily scam you
Wish I'd read these reviews before. Dodgy company the second anything isn't right with an order. Order from them at your own risk.
My order was left on my doorstep and then stolen. Sent them proof of this and they tried to give me the runaround saying that it was my problem and to take it up with the police or the delivery company they had sent it through.
They were happy to completely ignore the Consumer Rights Act, which states that the retailer is liable until it the recipient is in physical possession of an order, and refused to give a refund or replacement.
Thankfully, my credit card company are more than happy to reverse the transaction.

Fast Delivery and Great Product Quality
I bought the Timeless 2 a few months ago from Linsoul, and I’m really satisfied. Their support was helpful, and the delivery from China to France took less than a week — very impressive. The earphones sound amazing and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend their service and products!

I ordered two pieces of hi-fi equipment from Linsoul. Even though, the equipment was backordered, Linsoul shipped it in five days, and the shipment and delivery went without a hitch. Thank you.
Hides Reviews, Customer Service Hit or Miss
Removed a 2 Star review. I had some issues with the product, due to fitment issues, as well as sibilance on my unit.
I've had issues in the past as well when trying to reach customer service, and they weren't able to help me in the end.
Even when they have sales, the cost of their shipping (for me 1 pair of IEM's was $30 to the US), doesn't make it worth it anymore. Sometimes deals can be good enough, but it depends on what shipping would cost you at the time. I have purchased from them in the past and shipping was closer to $10-15, so I'm not sure why it went up so much.
Bought a pair of '7Hz Timeless'…
Bought a pair of '7Hz Timeless' headphones and a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle from them. They sound great and everything works wonderfully.
Avoid!
Scammy practices. They are not ashamed to edit the listing, prices, sell you non-existing items and then blame "Look, it is written here". ask for more money, because it was a mistake on the item you've already paid. Instead of returning your money they could offer their useless coupon. Avoid!
Item I ordered from Linsoul got held by…
Item I ordered from Linsoul got held by customs and the value Linsoul declared was lower than the actual value. Package was hit with a customs fine for under declaring the real value. I asked if Linsoul could comp me for the fine as I was already going to pay for import fees already. Linsoul gaslighted me in trying to make it seem as though the fine was my own fault when it was actually theirs.

This company has it all wrong... They have been facing so many QC issues that I hope that someone will read this before doing any purchase from them. I bought a 500 USD iem and had to return them 2 times within a couple of years. And no, I'm not throwing them around, they carefully stay at home. And guess what, you have to pay for the repair and shipping, wonderful. And last but not least, you can't get an invoice of your purchase so if you get them stolen or anything bad, well.... you can't send any official purchase proof that inssurances accept so you're screwed.
So you might think that you save up money at start but down the road, you some some as well as sanity because of their not helping at all after sales. Be warned

Never recieved my Headphones. Linsoul does not want to send me new ones or even start an investigation to find my package. Worst service ever after 2 months of waiting, the promised it would be fixed in 5-8 business days.
