This purchase on a carpet has been a nightmare. The carpet sure is not what I expected. We were not told that this carpet is not good in high traffic areas. We were also told that it is pet friendly, wrong. The 3-M warranty is a joke. Once that you purchase the carpet from them they are not in the picture anymore So BUYER BEWARE!

I worked with Jesse Garrett to have two rooms carpeted in my home. I was very concerned about cost, timing, and quality. Jesse was exceptionally patient, found me a great deal on beautiful carpet and great padding and coordinated the installation to meet my difficult scheduling needs. I know I presented a number of challenges and Jesse was consistently accommodating, professional and reassuring. I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and whole experience. Jesse, you're a great representation of what good customer service should be. Thank you!

We walked into the store armed with only a small paint sample of room and we unsure how we were ever going to pick a carpet. Then came Kevin O'Shea who greeted us and took one look at the paint sample and stated I have the carpet for you! Not only was the carpet perfect he was able to get us upgraded padding everything was priced within our budget! To top it all off Kevin was able to get us expedited installation. We will definitely be back for the next room and hope to work with Kevin again.

Local sales staff were knowledgeable, but poor communication when carpet was supposed to be delivered. After moving all our furniture out the day before install we received a call that the carpet never got out in the delivery truck. We were discouraged, but moved the furniture back in. Two weeks later we moved the furniture out of the house again the day before install and received another phone call saying the carpet was again never put on the truck. Our local sales staff blamed it on the manufacturer and offered us discounts on in-stock carpet. Although not our first choice we do like the carpet. We don’t know all the fault, but definitely communication issues were a problem.

The customer service we received was first rate. We entered the process not knowing all the ins and outs but were very pleased with the time frame and results. The quality of the materials used were exceptional . We highly recommend Lipppert's Carpet One!

I had to move our salon in Medford! And we were on a time constraint! I can always count on Lippert’s to have the product in stock with the best price available! I brought in the colors that I had to work with and their salesman helped me piece it together with plenty of options to choose from! Thank you again Scott Lippert and your team for a great selection and for the excellent customer service experience that Lippert’s has to offer!

We had problems with the sales person and the instalers never came back to fix a problem, I finnaly had to do it my self after my surgery.

We are most satisfied with our experience with Lipperts Scott was most helpful and we took home samples, but couldn't decide, so we returned them and finally decided on a nice Berber for our two bedrooms.

Excellent service from Grants Pass Oregon Lippert's. Phil came to the house a couple of time to make sure we were clear on the scope and details of the job. He is professional, personable, patient. Jeramiah Masters, the installer, is excellent in both his manner and workmanship. The flooring job came out beautiful. Thank you Lippert's.

I returned many times for different items to look at samples, take them home, return and look some more. The Lippert staff were always personable and there to help. Even when one I'd worked with was with another customer they took the time to say 'hello' and someone else would offer assistance. They have a great team who know their products, were patient, and provided excellent customer service.
