Waste of money

Waste of money - I ordered a mystery box - my fault didn’t realise the delivery was so long for £6.99 would have expected it in a few days and evri email d to they had the package, a lie.
The mystery box arrived and I received something you could get on Amazon for significantly cheaper without the extortionate p&p which so small it fitted in the letterbox.
I tried the email address twice and got a message saying the box wasn’t working or was full…
