Great management Tool

Liquid Planner has been of a great use on the team that I am working for.
It's easy to use, and intuitive also.
Maybe there are a few things that would be nice to have like:

- More types of reports. For example, who logged hours in wich day for a list of people.

Overral its a recommended tool for anyone who wants to manage a testing team productively.

Great for productivity

Great way to keep track of what needs to be done. As long as I properly enter my time and keep up with the tasks, it also is an invaluable resource for my manager to allow for strategic planning

Liquid Planner

Liquid planner is a great tool to stay on tasks with projects and to show how long it takes for projects to complete. -- Very easy to use as well

Excellent service, trustworthy company.

My issue with Liquid Planner relates to it's "one size fits all" approach for everything. It's an excellent task and project manager and time tracker, and that's what I think it should be used for.

Beyond that, I enjoy using Liquid Planner every day at my job, it has made my work life much easier by always giving me an overview of what needs to be done and how long it should take.

Whenever there is maintenance or the site goes down (which does happen), it is up again quickly. Usually there is a notification for several days at the top of the site when upcoming downtime is scheduled.

Most of the functionality just works, and the app is fairly speedy considering the number of calculations it's performing constantly.

Lots of 1:1 Support

We've had great experiences with LP's support. We have a contact who knows our workspace, can troubleshoot problems, and keeps us up to date on new features we can use.

Liquidplanner works but its got a long way to go.

We've been using LiquidPlanner for more than 5 years now. LP is great as timesheet tracker and keeping track of hours that we've spent on a project. However, the logical sequencing functionality is useless for us. We need to have control over the project scheduling and planning logic to better plan and review project status. We're finally at a stage where we are looking at more capable Project planning and scheduling options.

One of a kind!

This system is the best by far in helping us to manage our projects and create spot on projections for our clients! It's saved us ton of time!

We depend on LiquidPlanner.

We have 17 writers and designers working on about 175 different projects at any one time, in constantly changing teams with constantly changing priorities. Managing our projects can be madness. But since we've been using LiquidPlanner, we can quantify the workload and keep everyone evenly assigned. Project progress is far more predictable now and the data we collect (where's the work coming from, how long does it take?) helps us give our clients an accurate, honest assessment of what we're doing. Staff has found LiquidPlanner to be easy to use and it has become an integral part of our daily procedures. Support is very good, too.

Good for PM, Less for Task Management

I found the PM reports very valuable - the ability to schedule multiple projects and view the dependencies.

However, as a task management and workflow system, it is lacking a bit. The workflow and custom fields are not easily customizable.

Concise and maleable

LiquidPlanner allows our team to collaborate and manage time on our projects. The ability to coordinate our time over the life of a project can be invaluable.
