I ordered a jewellery box through Lirum…

I ordered a jewellery box through Lirum Larum Leg's website and received it within one or two days, as the website had promised. When it arrived, the box had a small problem (some of the paper on the box had come loose and was hanging off the box,). After writing a review stating this information, the company contacted me immediately and sent me a new box, after I emailed them photos of this problem. The company handled the complaint very quickly and politely and I was very impressed with their service. The new box looks lovely.

Customer service was very Nice

Customer service was very Nice, they delivered the packet very quickly - I got it in few days. And the Maileg poster was well packed and was what I expected. Kiitos paljon and greetings from Finland! :-)
