I ordered the gradual tan in light-medium after seeing all the raving reviews shared on the insta page. First impressions were positive; no usual tan smell and seemed very moisturising. However the we... See more

Lisa Lust - not designer quality
I've ordered a number of items over the years advertised by Lisa. Some items have been lovely. But since I've ordered her brand I've been very disappointed. I first ordered the perfume - it's OK but not one I'd run back to, then ordered the pjs and sent them back - ok material but for the price I couldn't justify so sent them back, stopped buying anything after that until my sister got the glasses and I really liked them, missed out many times and finally got them in the last batch. They were shocking - everytime I opened them they creeked. Its like the glass is not set in right. Returned them. Bag launch - I decided I'd purchase this as she sold it so well on her stories and I love bags. It arrived and it does not have the amazing smell she's raving about, i love my designer bags and this is NOT up there with them. When you open the zip it opens too far and you hard to pull the end of the zip out of the bag and tilt sideways to zip it back. Never have I experienced with with any designer brand. On the inside you can see where the material is glued to inside of bag. I'm disappointed I got sucked into this purchases. And from now on I won't ve purchasing another item. Lisa is an amazing sales person and I was reeled. The bag is to me us only worry about 60euro. It's not luxury at all.
I would have given a review on her website but that's doesn't seem to be an option 🤷♀️

I bought a puffer coat on the Lisa lust list website a few days ago, it will be going back unfortunately as it is a complete waste of money! The coat is completely flat not like a puffer at all, no idea why but it's not just mine that's like this because I actually received a tennis ball in the delivery and am supposed to put it in the tumble drier to puff it out, omg never laughed so much, I don't think so. I'll spend my money on a proper quality coat in future.

I have bought several items of Lisa’s lust products and would of bought many more items but unfortunately were always sold out very quickly.I’ve bought most the items she advertises on her site for other stores too.#ad#collab
I purchased her sunglasses delighted with myself received in April as they were a pre order , didn’t use them until June for my holidays abroad.
The glasses went out of shape and I returned to mullingar opticians as requested by Lisa’s Admin Dept and they came back saying I done something to the glasses . Saying it was caused by heat , yes they were in heat on my holidays ? No repair ,no replacement , nothing
Then it was suggested they were sat on? I minded them in their original case every time I took them off .
Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again ! Where is the reviews on her page ? With over 1m turnover, no reviews posted ?, no comeback on sales . Glasses were manufactured in China . To top it off I had to pay €8 to have my glasses returned to me with no repair done to them
I got blocked for asking the fabric
I got blocked for asking the fabric, where garment was made etc.
influencers are using the term ‘Irish Brand’ it’s misleading as a lot believe the product is made in Ireland. Are they checking out working conditions in these factories ?
No information given
Blocks anyone who asks where products are made. Claims to be an Irish company but it is all imports from China. Surely potential customers are allowed to ask basic questions as to where the product is made or what the material composition is. Very passive aggressive if asked any questions. Zero customer skills
No Transparency
There is no transparency as to where the products are made. I believe none of the products are made in Ireland and are sold at incredibly high prices. No questions regarding the products are answered.
Selling clothing as Irish brand and…
Selling clothing as Irish brand and it's all made in China! If questioned you get blocked and no replies from so called customer care.
