The dresses that I have ordered are lovely and I’m very happy with them, material is lovely and they look elegant, they are pulled in at the waist giving you a lovely shape. They arrived quickly and packaged well.

I was looking online at the dresses…
I was looking online at the dresses (which i dont normally wear) but my daughter was getting married. I found a dress that caught my eye and at 1.37pm ordered and paid for it . It said that the delivery would be 1 to 2 days but at 12 55pm the very next day it was delivered to me which impressed i was. I was further impressed after trying it on not only was it true to the size i ordered but it felt so comfy. At the wedding i was given so many compliments about how i looked but also about the dress. Top service and top quality was given so thank you.

One dress arrived and would have been…
One dress arrived and would have been beautiful but it was literally creased top to bottom and I mean sooo creased like someone had just shoved into the bag rather than folding it nicely. It was unwearable - not very happy seen as the customer has to pay the return fee!!

Aw what a shame you didn’t contact us first before returning as I can see you’ve ordered 3 dresses and the one which was creased could have just been ironed. All items are folded carefully but creasing can happen in storage & transit. I can see you were refunded within 2 hours of the items coming back to us today which is amazing service and I feel your 1 star is extremely unfair, LM xx
