Ordered and received within 4 days using standard delivery! The quality is fab, the dress fits beautifully and looks just like the photo online. Was a little skeptical as I hadn't really heard of little madam before but im so impressed that ive already recommended to all my girls and will 100% be ordering again very soon.

I needed a dress for the royal garden party and fell in love with Betty blue and the matching fascinator! The customer service in helping me rectify a botched order (nb I botched it, not the company) has been awesome, resulting in a super quick delivery. The dress is beautiful and material/cut is great quality, looking really elegant with lots of movement AND POCKETS!!!!The team have been a pleasure to deal with - professional, friendly and funny. Above all the whole process has been super efficient. I highly recommend the company for their items but especially the customer service - thank you so much x

Little madam have given us such excellent service with a recent return order that ended up with them instead of the company it was meant for! They went out of their way to help us sort it out and get it to the place it was meant to go which they didn’t need to do and we are very grateful for their help! Would 100% recommend this company!

Ordered 4 dresses came within about 2/3 days. I am normally a size 10 but went with a size 8 as I only have a small bust they fit perfectly, they did need ironing but that’s to be expected they are so lovely & flattering & look so classy, can’t wait to wear them on my hols. Thank you

I ordered a dress from them in size 10 and i loveddd it! It is so pretty, good fabric, was very well packed, well communicated and shipped on time. I tried it on and I felt so Pretty..even my toddler said "wow" when he looked at me wearing that dress. Definitely going to order more from them. ❤️

Unfortunately, I've had a very poor experience with Little Madam !

I ordered 4 dresses, totalling just over £80 in the sale. These have never been received and trying to get assistance has proven difficult. I initially reached out and my honesty was questioned, although I paid the additional fee relating to postage coverage, when I explained these hadn't been recieved, I was just sent google images of my home address and the GPS image from Royal Mail. I then tried to claim through PayPal again, they didnt help and just sent the same information to PayPal.

Whilst I acknowledge the GPS location is my address, the parcel has not been received. I reached out for a 3rd time asking for help and qouting thier own policy to be told they can not help.

I am now in a position of having no dresses, £80 down and recieved no help trying to resolve the issue. I paid the additional money for Shipping Protection.

The website states, in respect of Shipping Protection "This excellent minimal cost covers you against loss, damage & theft during delivery & we highly recommend it as you won't have to go through the claims process & wait to be refunded or have a replacement sent. You will get priority service for any delivery issues" this is not what has happened in my case !

I have now had to independently raise a case with Royal Mail, with absolutely no support from Little Madam.

It seems they have absolutely no customer services or support when parcels go missing, they just choose to ignore messages or decline to help....

UPDATE.

After months of waiting Royal Mail have accepted the loss of the items and provided me with a refund !! Proof that errors can be made
