I bought the nets for my son's birthday. I was nervous that it wouldn't be delivered on time. I called the office and was assured it would be next day delivery as the item was in stock. Surprising in the current situation but delivery was as promised. Great customer service! And unlike most places at the moment my call was answered immediately. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. My son also loved his present!!!

I ordered the wrong size golf net due to some misinformation. Little Big Sports sent me the larger net at no extra cost. The customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced, absolutely no fuss and no effort required on my part. The delivery was extremely fast, the product is excellent. Couldn't be happier.

When it arrived a piece was broken due to it not being packed correctly. However, customer service were very responsive in trying to resolve and replacement part arrived. Has since operated fine. Variation in speed is more limited than expected but does the job.
