Great small business, fast delivery and items look gorgeous in my kitchen!

Beautiful reed glass jars that happened to be cheap! The cork lids are fantastic too! Look great as a threesome in my kitchen. They arrived quickly and the customer service is second to none

Lovely products. I have several pump dispenser bottles around the house. Good quality and (unlike other brands) the pump seems sturdy and unlikely to break. They look really beautiful too. Delivery and ordering was easy and on time.

They came so quick amazing quality I placed my second order as soon as they came out the pack!!!

I love my handwash and dish soap dispensers on white marble tray to match the work top. Really good quality and look fab annd much smarter than random bottles annd a bottle of fairy!! 🤣 Excellent service. Fantastic packaging meant they arrived in tip top Condition. Will look into what else this company sells.

I have purchased from this company before and was really pleased with both the products and their service. On this order I have been really disappointed. I ordered 8 glass jars with bamboo lids. One arrived cracked, so I messaged the company immediately. Then when I looked at the others I noticed two others had chips in them, one of which I cut myself on. Having almost half of the order damaged/faulty I was very unhappy. Especially as they aren't cheap. Almost a month on and I have had to repeatedly email for a response. They have agreed to a partial refund however they want me to post back the damaged jars at my own cost. These are glass jars! I don't think it's great customer service to expect a customer to arrange and pay for a return of faulty/damaged products. Especially as they will most likely get damaged in the post upon return. Had I not chased repeatedly I doubt I'd have ever received any form of partial refund either. As a small conpany I gave them the benefit of the doubt before putting a review on but unfortunately I dont feel they provided a great service on this occasion. Sadly I won't be using this company again or recommending them.

I love this online shop. It has lovely stock and it's a family-run business which makes it even better.

Great service and great products. The shipping was prompt. As one of the labels o received wasn't perfect, I requested a replacement and it was sent out immediately with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought two of the lovely brown glass bottles - great quality and really reasonably priced (especially as you choose the metal finish of the cap) VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY (who were totally new to me)

I had been searching for a while and stumbled across Little Crafts London, I cant recommend LCL enough, fast delivery, expertly wrapped to ensure safe delivery and the bottles with the marbled labels look very chic in my bathroom.
