Amazing boutique.. if you are thinking of ordering from here then you must & wont be disappointed.. the clothes are beautiful!! The actual closed made & designed by little cs are out of this world, the exclusive dresses get so many compliments when we are out..
The girls work so hard & are always there to help & answer any questions if needed, I’ve just read some of the bad reviews & to be honest they are rubbish! I’ve used little cs for the last 8 years & never once have I had a complaint to make!! Will not shop anywhere else for my girls :) xx

Despite it says delivered I never received my order. I've been 4 days trying to get hold of them with no response. I'll head to my bank tomorrow to stop the transaction and get my money back. Never again, stay away from this web, beautiful clothing but no customer service at all I'm afraid.

The delivery was so slow- like one month slow. I filed a claim but later resolved it as the package finally arrived-plus they didn't reply to my inquiries at all till I filed a claim with my bank.
However, the website said they never received the money and refused to issue a refund for out-of-stock items. That was around $200 dollars and they just refused to communicate. I tried to email but they just let one employee send messages to me and never replied to my emails. I am going to report them on all platforms I can find.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Having just received my ordered items after some 12 days they arrived all squashed into one bag in need of an iron, bought for presents would have expected them individually packed like all other websites. Will not be using this website again.

This is our favourite small business to shop from, i get all my daughter’s clothing here a mix of Spanish and loungewear also so much choice for boys and girls.
Excellent quality and great value for money, the business owner and her team are fab and gets back to you efficiently if any queries.
The shipping is also fast. keep up the great work Ell 💗💗

Purchased 2 items, 1 was knitted and had a hole in the pants. After a millions emails and texts back and forward I was told to return the item and I would get a refund for p&p and exchange for pants. I did it recorded delivery and after 2 weeks heard nothing back, after more emails I was told I had to return the full set and get refunded.
After months I did this and was then told I get a gift voucher!!!! Then I go to the website to purchase the SAME item again I had to pay £7 extra .. that was not just p&p extra I was short changed !
On the website it says 4 days delivery and so far it’s been 10 working days … still no item!!

Stay away !!! Don’t waste your time and money !
I was recommended by a family member as I never use these little sites and I wish I had not.
