We have tried many American formulas with no luck. I was nervous to order from Europe but loved the ingredients. Our little guy has done so good on this formula and it’s only been a few days. It’s been such a relief for us! Also an amazing company to work with! They’re fast and personable. So happy to have found them!

Shipped fast, Packed well
Shipping was fast and product was in great shape. Yes I paid $20 for a box of baby rice cereal, which was mostly for the shipping I’m sure, but it was not available in the states and the ones available like ALL American food products in the states are are garbage and I’m not giving that to our family!

Great price, super fast shipping. I live in the United States and I feel like before I can blink my orders here. They send a handwritten thank you note which is such a nice touch. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, FedEx delivered the package somewhere else, signed by F.frank which obviously isn't me or anyone in my house hold. My response from little formula was " Do you know a neighbor with that name?" And I do not. I asked to resend my order while this gets resolved. No answer. (I also put a claim with FedEx already) after I put a dispute with my credit company because i didnt get a response (this was already after new years) I re ordered again. And they're response was there was a holiday ( not to mention this all took place before the holiday) they canceled my new order because I disputed the other order that I didnt received. Not to mention, I've ordered from them in the pass. In my opinion, very unprofessional, especially when it has to do with babies and parents go out of there way to buy a good product which isn't cheap. I took my business else where. In my opinion customer service is the most important thing because i already took my business else where but I had to over night it for the need for my baby. They didn't care to make it right. They're excuse. Was a holiday. Im sorry but my baby doesn't stop eating because its a holiday.
They're are plenty of other websites with better customer service.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and stress this situation caused you—especially when it involves something as important as feeding your baby.
According to the FedEx tracking information, the package shows as delivered, though it appears it may not have reached you directly. As soon as you contacted us, we replied to your order and began working with FedEx to help locate the package. Unfortunately, this happened over a period that included public holidays in Germany (we do have more than in the U.S.) as well as the weekend, which limited how quickly we could receive feedback from the carrier. We understand this may have felt like a long delay, but we did not have the chance to fully resolve the situation before the next step was taken.
Before the investigation could be completed, you opened a dispute with your bank. Once a dispute is opened, it creates significant costs and restrictions for us. For this reason, we’re unable to ship new orders while a dispute is open, which is why the replacement order had to be canceled and refunded. Trust is very important to us, and we truly wish we had been given the time to make this right directly.
We’re very sorry for the stress this caused and for how the situation unfolded. We sincerely wish you and your family all the best.

Have been ordering formula from this company for over a year. Was originally ordering formula for my older son from a small company in NY, but during my second pregnancy they failed to help when I needed advice and my daughter was having issues with her formula. I found Little Formula in a goggle search. Forget the best prices, they were extremely helpful on multiple occasions in deciding which formula was best for my daughter. After 3 tries, we were able to find a formula that my daughter was able to tolerate and I’ve been ordering formula abroad ever since. I’ve also ordered a variety of porridges. Each order is meticulously packed. Always comes with freebies and a thoughtful handwritten note. They really make you feel like ‘family.’ Outstanding customer service and communication, best prices, fast shipping and flawless packaging. Really can’t recommend them enough. Do not be hesitant to order abroad or from this company.
