I'm so pleased to have recently found Little Hay Co, and my bunny has been really enjoying the Cotswold sweet classic. Delivery is amazing with a very quick service from DPD. Customer service is excellent too. My rabbit is poorly at present, and there was a bit of a mix up with an order. They dealt with the problem promptly and with thought and kindness. Thank you

I have ordered 2x box of 10kg Cotswold Sweet Hay before and the hay was great! This time I ordered one 10kg box of the Cotswold Sweet ( one bunny gone to bunny heaven) and also a box of 500g Plantain Leaves. I only received the box of hay. No sign of the plantain leaves. The box of hay was terrible quality. I know they had a terrible harvest last year. I emailed twice telling them I have not received the box of plantain leaves. No reply. I have called the number on the website. Straight to voicemail I a left voicemail. it’s now been over a week and still no plantain leaves.

The Cotswold Sweet soft cut is usually very nice, but the latest 2 kg box of it is disappointing. It is much longer than usual with quite thick stems, which could, and have, caused an eye poke injury. It also looks quite dusty. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will buy any more of it, which is a shame as it was good.

I’m genuinely gutted as my rabbits love this hay. The hay is great although the company struggle to effectively extract the hay of dust and bugs. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality over the past 6 months to the point that one of my rabbits sneezes often due to the amount of dust, however I continued to purchase as my buns seemed to eat more of this hay compared to other brands. I recently received a box infested with bugs, which meant I had to deep clean my house and throw out an entire box of 10kg hay. When I emailed the company, I requested a refund or replacement and all I received was a ‘thanks for letting us know’ and then the team have ignored my emails since. After spending over £800 with Little Hay Co, I’m disgusted with their lack of customer service and will be sourcing my hay elsewhere.

I cannot fault this company! I ran into a few issues with delivery (entirely my fault as I'd entered the wrong postcode!) and they literally went above and beyond to help rectify the issue as soon as possible, communicating daily until the shipment arrived and remaining impeccably patient and polite throughout - even though I'd messed up! Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the hay itself was first-class (and just-cut fresh). Long and green and bunnies absolutely LOVED it! Thanks for all your help, I will be ordering monthly now :-)

Delivery times are always great. But I have just received a shockingly bad 5kg box of sweet cotswold (rye grass) hay. I am a repeat customer and have bought Timothy and sweet cotswold hay in the past. The quality has always been great or acceptable in the past, so what gives? The average stem length was around 5- 10 cm. It is not stalky at all. There are knots of dried dirt and roots and an insane amount of dust. I had to bin a lot of this hay. This isn't acceptable. Won't be back

This company is truly wonderful. I made a stupid mistake when ordering that was only discovered on delivery day. They cancelled it and refunded me the cost plus delivery cost and re-ordered it too. Pleasant to talk to on the phone and efficient.

The hay and food is always really fresh and smells lovely. Their delivery is always very quick. I ordered some treats, and two 1kg boxes of hay, which was a sample box and a box of Cotswold sweet soft cut, barley rings and banana slices at midday on 22/4 and it was delivered at just after 3pm yesterday 23/4/25.

Great quality as always. I am a regular buyer of of Cotswold sweet when I can get it as I have 9 rabbits & 5 Guinea pigs. There’s no waste!
