Absolutely love Littlelovebum! I had bought their reusable nappies from a local shop. I needed more but worried when they launched a new line with slight differences to the ones I knew worked for our baby. I messaged them and the customer service was brilliant... talking me through the differences and offering me a trial to make sure the new design worked. It did. They're really good versatile nappies and gold star customer service - 100% recommend.

Lovely small business that deserves all the growth and attention

I fist saw this brand's nappies on eBay on the recommendation of a friend and we were intrigued at the coffee mesh fabric of the nappies advertised, something that was unusual and unheard of in fabric for me, and in cloth nappies.
Later I decided to take the plunge when they had their own site and a small Facebook group following with good reviews. I found the nappies / accessories well made and durable and lovely to use. The prices were decent, and what was great was there was a section called the wonky corner where 'factory seconds products with slight defects' were sold for a lower price. I found that even these were of great quality. The lady who owned the brand was lovely and provided great customer service, always attended to queries and issues promptly and added little personal touches to the products sent, which was much appreciated. I also received some products which I already had and reviewed for her for promotional purposes and again, this was a great experience.
Now they have Thenappylady and other retailers selling their stock and they are constantly updating their range, which is lovely.

Really lovely nappies. They are good quality and were nicely packaged when they arrived. Delivery time was very good.
