The Littleover Apiaries is one of the best places to get raw honey in my personal opinion.
My personal favorite honeys being the pure english honey, pure organic wildflower and the english heather honey. For every honey has a different intensity of taste and smell especially raw honey.
I enjoy the delicate taste of the english honey for my teas and coffees in morning, and I enjoy the richness of the heather honey and the organic wildflower for things like baking and pancakes.
All over the staff is friendly and very professional. I will be ordering again from them.

Awful stuff. My Uncle in Law is a beekeeper in Romania and specialises in Acacia Honey so i know the difference. This is a cheap, rice syrup blend packaged up and priced to look like raw premium honey. Colour and viscosity is completely off, far too pale, smells and tastes like diluted syrup. Chucked a full jar in the bin and would encourage others to avoid.

Tried to order some jars of Heather Honey. Very disappointed to find they would not ship to Aberdeen without a £22 shipping charge, and could offer no solution for that. Not very impressive customer service really, and a shame because the product is very nice.

I have found it really hard to find a honey that doesn't have an overpowering taste, preferring a delicate light flavour on my toast. I am so glad I have found Littleover Apiaries, and conveniently in my local Sainsburys and at a good price. I ran out of butter one day and found that I didn't miss it at all with a spread of the wildflower honey, no butter needed! I can highly recommend Littleover Apiaries for all your honey needs!

Loving the really delicate taste of your wildflower honey. Can almost see the traditional haymeadows of Bulgaria and Hungary your bees live in.It almost seems a waste to stick it in hot water with lemon juice to get rid of our colds and coughs.
Just one question , why do you say produce of EU/Non EU countries if it comes from Bulgaria and Hungary? It sets up a vision of a factory where all the dregs are thrown together. Think it’s provoking negative reviews.

Bought two jars of lavender honey for my partner .she grows lavender. supposed to be from bees in France and Spain. This is fake counterfeit honey probably from China. No scent ,no flavour , really let down ,this was a christmas present. Furthermore when i phoned customer services I was fobbed off and talked down to!!

Ordered a few jars of the Heather honey as it’s a hit in our house and is no longer available in the supermarket. This honey is unlike any other I’ve come across with its semi-set consistency. The order was made on Sunday and arrived on Wednesday so a very fast turn around! Really securely packed too.
I’m sure we will be back for more!

I left a review over a year ago after a few orders and this is just an update as I still order a large amount of honey frequently (for others as well) and have had nothing but spot on service. No issues with orders or deliveries and thoroughly pleased with the products. And I’ve put a few people on who buy directly and they have commented how good the honey is. Thanks Littleover and the bees! 🐝

I bought this honey not checking the label thinking it was produced by bees at this named apiary.
To my surprise it just tasted like syrup and the honey is from EU and non EU countries, how can this be sold as organic honey and has a local name attached to it! Very disappointed

I bought the Organic Set Honey in Waitrose in Wiltshire and the labels give the impression of a single apiary honey however the honey also contains non eu honey blended in. This is hidden in small print and the price for a blend is outrageous The Duchy Organic was half the price and clearly stated it was a blend but I chose thinking it was worth paying for a better product. It’s
Just a low quality overly sweet blend pretending to be something it’s not.

Unfortunately the supermarket where I have been buying Littleover Apiaries Heather Honey for many years, has decided to stop stocking it. I have purchased directly from the company for the first time. Quick delivery and securely packaged. I will be ordering again, it may be a while, as I have purchased several jars.

I bought a jar of this honey from Sainsburys recently. Also, I used to live in Littleover for a long time so thought I would try the product. It’s light and lovely and I have enjoyed this in drinks and on my morning toast, half a jar down in less than a week says I will be going back for more.

I usually order variety of raw honey from different places as I drink it with lemon every morning so go through a lot of honey. From Littleoverapiaries I ordered 2 large plastic honey tubs and another 2 in the past few days (to give to family)... second time round was attempting to use the 20% discount code that's advertised all over the FAcebook and website , it said code is expired though it was within the expiry time and order over £70... contacted them to inform (not to get the discount) and got a clearly dishonest response insisting there was nothing wrong with the code. Wouldn't order from the company again, dealing with untrustworthy people is costly for your time and energy and wellbeing, if for such a simple thing they are deceiving and breaking the law, I can't trust their honey. I also have to use a lot of their honey to sweeten the drink unlike other honeys where you use a little I though it might because normally I get raw forest or mountain honey from other places which is much thicker.
I bought a large tub of organic honey from this company, several weeks later I opened the tub in antisipation as they stated it was very nice and was confronted with a foul smelling liquid mass of what looked a little like honey, it tasted aweful as well. both myself and my wife couldn't eat the stuff, so threw it away in the bin, what a waste of good money. I will never buy from this company again ever, how can they get away with such misrepresentation of a product.
