Love my sign, which I use to showcase my services at wedding fairs since i purchased it in January. A few weeks ago the dimmer adaptor stopped working, after trying to find the right size adaptor online (I was just going to buy one from eBay or Amazon), and couldn't quite find the right size, I reached back out to Sophie to ask where she got them from so I could purchase one, and she popped another in the post free of charge. So thank you for that, totally unexpected.

Absolutely perfect design! Very quick delivery and I’m in love!
Only niggle was that it arrived and then I got notification it was on its way. I was out so I missed delivery and then the phone number attached to the delivery wasn’t mine so I had to stay in all day next day to not miss it. But I love it and I got it so all okay!

Love the light really nicely made only complaint for me is far to much wire which means I cant use😪 as loads of black wire and adapter on work top with nowhere to hide it Great if your dropping it behind a chair as in the videos

Couldn't fault this company at all! We were looking for a custom sign for our wedding and the whole process was really easy - I loved that there was an option to have a mock up sent over too as it took a lot of the pressure off. Thank you so much - the finished product is perfect and we can't wait to have it in our wedding and home for years to come!
