Charlotte, Kelly and Steph looked after a group of children at my daughters wedding. I cannot recommend them enough. They were efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. They were flexible, helpful and resourceful. I totally trust their service. The children were very happy and one of them asked if he could go back the next day which is the best recommendation!

Charlotte was highly responsive and helpful during a recent search for a full-time Nanny. She provided us with very relevant and screened candidates and was hugely supportive throughout the process.

As an agency Little Steps are fantastic to work with. From the very start of my communications with Charlotte it was very clear what was needed from me and I was given the support and guidance to meet that criteria. Since then I have attended numerous bookings and events through the agency and each one has also been a success. From the first step of enquiry to following up after the booking, all information and details have been clearly provided and any questions have been answered. Communication is always professional, and responses are never waited on for long!

Charlotte is very friendly, she’s efficient and organised and responds quickly to messages and emails. Joining the agency was a quick and easy process. Good rates of pay with a varied mixture of work depending on what you are looking for, from permanent full time to part time or just regular temp/adhoc work!

I could NOT recommend AVOIDING this agency enough and I hope this serves to warning to hard working mothers and families. The agency set us up with an individual that had no intention on being a long term fit, wasting time and energy and money. Following this the agency asked us to write our own add and found no time to return a call to discuss (provided only an email response) where they expected to take large sums of money for the work WE as a family did in the way of structuring, interviewing and communication. Please don’t waste time and money on this agency. They will mislead you and fail to ever return a call. Do not put the welfare in f your children in their care, their objective isn’t to provide this, it’s to take your money. Children’s welfare is not something to con families over. BE WARNED

Charlotte has been so helpful to me. A lot of time and consideration has been put into finding myself a family to finally start a nannying career.
