Customer service and shipping were outstanding and super fast. Love the clothes and the brand but run 2 whole sizes small in my opinion. I only bought the boys range but disappointing its all too short.

I shop for my kids all the time from various online designer kids stores, so have experienced all kids of 'customer service'.
One of my items was unfortunately out of stock when it came to packing and a prompt phone call followers apologising a d helping me chose an alternative. Really friendly, personal service and the clothes were fab too. :) xx

The items i bought for my niece were genuinely unusual, extremely well made and beautiful - plus they were in the sale which is always helpful. Delivery was fabulous - arrived the next day which was very useful as the baby arrived a week early!! I wouldn't hesitate to shop with you again or to recommend you to anyone.

Excellent service and clothes arrived as ordered. Bought unisex clothes as I have bought for my daughter who is due in May and they look more unsual from the bland colours that are usual for unisex clothing. I look forward to buying more once the baby has arrived.
