I LOVE lwf. Such cute and quirky dresses and I get complimented every time I'm out in one. They're also really comfy and can be dressed up or down. 100% recommend.

Dress arrived very creased , which for such an expensive dress was disappointing . Having said that I loved the dress but it didn’t suit my body shape 😕. Not great that I then had to pay to return it , after paying delivery also .

I absolutely LOVE The Little Wing Factory. Their dresses are so fun and quirky and the fit is great.
The only draw back is that I now have to pay customs when they come into Ireland.

I love the pattern of the dress but it fits really strangely, the waist band sits right under the breast and the bust pokes out of each side of the pinafore. The skirt is too long and the waist band is oddly shaped. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again which is a shame because the patterns were cute.

The dress is well made, fits well and is appropriately priced

Ordered a black Liana dress two weeks ago. Got an automated email to say they’d received my order and the money was deducted from my visa immediately. Unable to track my delivery as it doesn’t seem to have left the warehouse yet even though they quite happily took my money and charged me £20 delivery!!! I’ve sent multiple emails since then and not had as much as an acknowledgment or response from them.
My advice is do not buy anything from these people. This is essentially daylight robbery. They’ve taken my money (€100) and I’ve nothing to show for it 2weeks on and doesn’t seem like I’m going to even get a response from my emails.
Disgraceful behaviour from this company.

Update to Littlewings: the email address you have given is exactly the email address I have been sending emails to with no response from yourselves. I suspect I’m only getting a response now as this is a public forum!

I ordered 3 dresses. They arrived promptly. As a petite lady, standard dresses are often too big. I tried all 3 on in my bedroom, felt 2 were too big straight away and put them back in the packaging they came from and returned. I got 1 email confirming refund for 1 dress then another saying refund rejected as had a stain on it. I'm sure the stain wasn't there when I tried it on, but have no way to prove it. I tried to appeal and they were unsympathetic and rude. Looking at all the similar reviews they're obviously doing it routinely to con people out of money. I've not received the dress in question back either. I've since asked to return the 3rd dress due to the appalling level of service, but they won't refund that either as 14 days have passed. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the Marianne dress and jacket in both navy & black. Placed order on the thursday, using the 10% first order discount. Chose the Royal mail delivery option (2-4 days) so pleasantly surprised to receive them on the Monday. I plumped for larger size. I should have had more faith in their advice to order a size down if in between sizes.
Immediately emailed explaining I needed the dresses for the Friday and asking whether it would be better to reorder to give me a chance of getting them by Friday or would it be okay and in time to return and request an exchange.
Within 20 mins, Tanz from customer services replied advising if sent them back that day and requested an exchange it should be fine. Literally sent them back that afternoon, £15 in postage was a bit of a shocker, but heyho.... emailed Tanz advising dresses would be with them on the Tuesday and I was hopeful the replacements would be here by Thursday/Friday.
Tuesday, Tanz emailed saying dispatch team had advised her that it may be best to reorder if I wanted them for the Friday. I replied saying thats fine but can she clarify that the dispatch team would process a refund rather go ahead with the exchange when they received the returned dresses as I didn't want to end up with 4 dresses, no refund and another £15 i postage to return extra dresses.
She replied on the Wednesday saying dresses had been dispatched. Recieved them on the thursday.
So dresses are gorgeous and great quality, amazed by the fast delivery for just £3.95 and most impressed with Tanz from customer service was helpful and replied promptly.
I am glad my experience was vastly different from the las few reviews and will happily order from them again.

I ordered a dress on sale. It arrived promptly but when I tried it on I didn’t like the way it hung. I packaged the dress straight back up ready to send back. After sending the dress back I received an email to say the dress was in an Non-saleable condition. Apparently covered in pet hairs. Now don’t get me wrong I do have pets but even the clothes I wear day to day are never covered in pet hair. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered from them as it seems they are never keen to give refunds. I have asked for the dress to be returned to me and I will inspect it for said pet hair.

Bought The Liana dress, which when it arrived was horrendous creased. The dress for the price was disappointing, and did not feel great quality, and did not fit well.

I returned the dress, and Little Wings, not only deducted the cost of return postage, but would not refund the postage cost of originally posting, so for a £67 dress in the sale, cost me nearly £8 in postage costs.

I wrote to their customer services, querying why they had keep my money, and that this was against internet sales law, to which they completely ignored, and to date 2 months later no reply still.

Fair to say, will never buy from them again

Ordered dress which actually was lovely had to return it wrong size ,after few days of them recieving it and hearing nothing mailed them to be told it was not in returnable as it had a stain on it had not actually tried it on noticed another review saying same thing said they would send it me back still waiting !

Last week, it was necessary to take my 2 month old grandson to Sydney for a 7.30am Specialist appointment at Randwick Hospital. We had recently heard of Little Wings & asked for their help.
It was amazing to see this wonderful service & volunteers come to our aid, with just a few days notice.
My daughter, myself & her 2 youngest were met at the airport, flown to Bankstown & then driven to our accommodation. After the early morning appointment we were collected by car, taken back to Bankstown & flown home again. We hadn't even been gone 24 hours!
Unfortunately, Charlie will have to have surgery & a few months of ongoing care, but to know we have Little Wings to help is a huge relief.
We would like to thank our pilots & drivers for their professional & friendly expertise. We also received a gift pack of clothing for the baby & would like to thank those sponsors for bringing a smile to Mum's face, during a stressful time.
You were fabulous guys!

Got a dispatch notification and then later in the day got a notification to say I'd been refunded. No explanation, but when I went on the website again to check the dress I ordered it said out of stock. I see I'm not the only reviewer who has had the same dispatch/refund issue. Not sure why they would mark something as dispatched before they'd actually dispatched it, but pretty poor practice.
