I love the items purchased.think they are good value
However the excessive packaging is unsuitable for 3 small boxes to be packed individually in cardboard boxes that needed added packing as the cartons were too big .
The 3 oversized cartons were then put in a box that was so big it could have held a large suitcase...
In a climate emergency maybe packaging needs to be monitored appropriately.

I'm very pleased with the Xmas wreaths after rearranging them once out the box. But would suggest the box they came in wasn't sufficient, has the item gets very squashed for such a dilicate item. I would suggest A wider box. However,After arranging. The item I decided. To keep, has its good quality and will look lovely.

i have been a customer of little woods for about 40 years and have had deliveries to my work address for appox 10 years with no issues , the last order i had apparently the courier couldnt find us so after several weeks it was sent back to littlewoods the courier emailed to tell me of the return but up to that point couldnt inform me that they couldnt find me appauling
