I tried using the chat feature, which said I’d be connected to someone in about two minutes… but after more than 40 minutes, no one ever joined. Then I called the customer service number, but no one answered, and the only option was to leave a message. The voicemail ended with, “please be kind” — and honestly, it took all my effort to be.
