Thieves who auto renew WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION and though I am not on Apple or have the App anymore they have not refunded me after reaching out multiple times. Have gone cold turkey and refuse to reply to the multiple emails I have sent them. Complete hoax if you don't have the decency to reply to people especially given how hard these times are for people. Absolute scammers!

Avoid! They took $120 for a renewal with no notice (anything they sent, if at all, would have gone to an email at an address I'd been made redundant from!) - when I requested a refund indicating I wasn't using the service and didn't want it for another year they refused, but "kindly" said it was cancelled, in another year's time. I don't know how to remove my card details as I don't trust them to not take more money now (based on another review). It's a good idea but the content is lacking and it really feels like the auto renew is a scam.

Not worth the money, content is lacking. they rarely add new content. not worth the money. the reoccurring billing is also a scam.

Without prior notice Lit Videobooks charged my card $120. for a renewal on a one year subscription I had zero interest in. After a few exchanges this was rectified, apologies accepted with promises to never repeat this mistake. Went on their site to do all I could to erase my card data but they don’t allow such action. Did make sure I cancelled at least. Today they took my $120. again, without notice or consent from me like the first time. This leaves one to conclude they are thieves or just too lazy and arrogant to do the right thing.
