Paid £160 for community shield tickets, on getting to the gate found that the tickets had already been used. I guess they are sold to multiple people and the first to get there gets in?

My tickets were about to arrive 15.08. The event was 16.08. Until 09:00 am of the day of the event tickets were not sent.

Sent me Man City tickets when I wanted Arsenal side ones for community shield final no helping when email and charged me £200 when tickets r now £40 each awful site. Now I have to travel 4 hours to sit in the wrong end of who I support, shocking

Was a bit dubious when buying the tickets as I have been scammed before, this company were great our tickets arrived in plenty of time,entry into the stadium was easy and we had great seats a good time was had by all.

Lied about what's included bought Tickets for West Ham v Portsmouth in the Great Britton Lounge.
The listing advised under the what's included section.
"Three-course chef-station dining" and "Savour fresh chef-station dining before kick-off."

Live football tickets later confirmed the meal was not included and refused a refund stating they offer no refund policy.

I am sure they are reasonable for match tickets only, but do not buy any level of hospitality as it seems they deliberately mislead what's actually included.

I am writing a piece on football ticketing for my blog and I was surprised to see Away Section tivkets at Everton for the game against Manchester United available - can I ask what is the source of these tickets are they legit ? Given the Touting problems \ investigations - it kind of looks like you are a ticket tout.

I have never been to a football game and this was my first time booking tickets so did not know the procedure, rules etc. I didn’t know that buying tickets from a third party site is highly frowned upon. Also I discovered the tickets from the actual website were £35 each, I paid £150 for both tickets for me and my son. Don’t get me wrong, money isn’t an issue considering it was a treat for my son and his first game also but knowing there is a lot of risk that comes with this. Everything went entirely smooth, tickets were fine but I have given 1 star because I can imagine that if it goes wrong then it could be bad.

I also received an email containing the following:

Your seats are together unless we told you otherwise. The names printed on the tickets are not relevant — they do not need to match your own.

If a steward asks how you got the tickets, say they were shared by a friend.

If anything goes wrong

Please do not contact the club directly.

This to me is a bunch of red flags and I am not sure it’s entirely legal what they are doing.

Under no circumstances should anyone use this site to purchase tickets!
I purchased tickets for Manchester United v Nottingham Forest in May and upon attempting to scan the tickets at the turnstiles, it became obvious that the tickets could not be used. The tickets where then taken off me by the club and I had to buy two more to attend the match.
Thankfully, my bank refunded the amount but please stay away from this site as it is a quite shady operation
