Total scam I ordered some tea bags on 14 March and still have received them on 11 April. I've emailed them several times but haven't received a reply. So it looks like like I've lost money at a time when I'm really struggling, which is the last thing I need. If I could give them 0 stars I would do

Absolute theives. Ordered and paid for the bubble balls last may 2021 and they never arrived. Have followed up with a Lucy repeatedly who firstly answered and now doesn’t - do not buy from this company

Wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering! Complete fraudsters! I ordered a bubble ball over 6 months ago, got a response from “Lucy” saying they are a family run business and because of covid things were delayed and I would receive a tracking number soon. Didn’t receive anything and now nobody is responding to emails! Beware of these scammers!

Happy deals, a big con. Did not receive items ordered for children’s birthday. Received 1 email from “Lucy” after complaining stating that I should receive goods within 8 -10 day, that was over a month ago.
Cannot get another rely from them. Fraudsters.

There shouldn't be a star rating at all. This a a daylight fraud. I paid for two bubble balls on 2 Jun 2021. When delivery did not arrived, one Lucy (teamhappydeals***) replied giving excuse the company was shifting place but the delivery is in progress. Till now no updates, and my emails sent were not responded anymore. Customers beware of such scam, please.

Never recieved item and haven't heard from them either, 6 months later still nothing. Do not trust this company

I didn’t want to give ANY stars. Fraudsters , stay well clear !!!! I have sent numerous emails as they have no other way of contacting them. To keep getting the same email back from a ‘Lucy’ . Who isn’t answering my questions whatsoever. It’s all fake . And I have never ever received the product that I ordered. Despite being told it had been shipped out a month ago. Scammers !!!

I would give no stars but then I can't leave my review. Placed order on 19 May for 2 bubble balls.
Haven't received anything and after emailing numerous times 'Lucy ' responds with an e mail that in all honesty is a blatant lie. Steer clear of these day light robbers

I made the mistake of ordering a product from this company that claimed to renew faded leather. What I received for $25 was a tiny bottle of what appears to be white water with no instructions, along with a tiny sponge. Whatever this product is, it is impossible to apply to leather, as it has the consistency of water, and just creates ugly, splotchy marks. It does nothing for the appearance of the leather, except make it splotchy.

Oh no wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company I've ordered the 3d mascara cost me fifteen pounds which is a joke it's cheaper on amazon just walked into a card from royal mail saying couldn't have this package as there's an outstanding amount of £11.52 omg really that's over twenty pound trying to ring royal mail they can stick it I'm not happy

Ordered a butterfly quilt for my wife because her mother had passed away. Ordered on Sept 6 and money was pulled from my account on the 10 th of Sept. Now they say I never ordered any thing but yet they pulled the money from my account. Now they won't answer the phone or text. Maybe the BBB will help me. Don't order from this company. Bad business.

Very very dodgy company. They sent me a very cheap version of the actual product I actually ordered (clearly on purpose) and then spent the next month telling me how sorry they were, how 'management' was being involved to sort it out, how a replacement was being sent, how it's not their fault it's their shipping company etc. I heard every possible excuse. Stock responses from different customer agents (most likely the same person!). Anyway 3 months on and no surprises but my original order has never been delivered. If you are looking to buy one of their products I strongly recommend searching the internet to buy it elsewhere.

i read so many negative reviews but i decided to order the egg cooker. I used them for making jello eggs. Sometimes the intended use for a product is not always the best use and it's worth a try.
