Be careful. They sent the wrong size of shoes and now refuse to accept a return or an exchange as they say it was my fault ordering the wrong size. As they don’t send an order confirmation you have no way of checking and can only go by their word.
As other contributors have said, the only offer is a 50% discount on other sale items - naive to think that I’d want to order again.

Don’t order from these! Scam artists. Sent wrong size item and won’t accept a return or refund. In an ongoing dispute with credit card team.

They don´t provide a business address, they don´t provide their business details. They don't give you an invoice with any tax number in it. As soon as I realized I cancel the order and they deny. there is something not clear about this company.

Beware of the return policy of this company. I ordered size 43, they sent size 40 and when I wrote to them, they tried to tell me this was NORMAL?? Instead of a refund as they advertise on their website, they offered a 50% on another order!? As if I would ever think of ordering from them again! Very poor customer service - I would not recommend them AT ALL!

Item wasn't at all how it appeared on screen, was told I would able to return items and then when I requested a refund was told that as it was a discounted item I couldn't get a refund. I don't believe this is a discounted item at all it just always says it is 'half price' to make you think it is and that certainly wasn't made clear when I put the order in. I would avoid this site entirely.

Absolutely appalling item , wrong colour , wrong size and an orange mark on a white trouser ! Definitely being returned a child could have sewn a better item !

An update on my previous review. Last time I said 0 if possible, following my attempts to return and get refund I'm now in the process of a credit card dispute, therefore I would score minus 5 if I could. The company are still refusing to refund and accept returns. What really annoys is I even offered to pay for the return. This company could have been ethical and accepted then resold the shoes so they weren't out of pocket. But no they are sticking to their claims that the website says US sizing and denying that against their statement of 14 returns policy there is no indication of not returning sales items.
They are in breach of trade description act and if my bank fails to get my money back I will contact trading standards and the Sunday Times Money help page, that usually works for people.
But again don't touch this company.

Run away! The quality and sizing of their products are poor. They put most if not all of their clothing on sale and then say that sale items are not refundable, even if they are poorly made and their sizes aren't correct, they won't refund.

0 if it were possible. Don't touch this company. Ordered a pair of orthopedic saddles in their half price sale, size 5UK.
I received size 3 last week. I emailed straight away to request an exchange. After 3 days I got a response refusing saying that the shoes were US size 5 and that they dont refund sale items as per their website. I didn't at this point want a refund but an exchange. They offered and 50% discount on future purchases.
I refused and pointed out with screenshot that the website does not say US sizes and that on the very part where I got my shoes there is a 14 day returns no quibble statement. Again they have refused basically resending their first response.
I will be posting the shoes back today giving them 10 to refund. I will then report them to trading standards and do a payment callback via my bank.

Already 12 days since I ordered a cashmere jumper, email today says 18 to 19 days for delivery, appears not to have been dispatched yet when you try to track it!! No option to cancel, not happy, it shouldn't take this long even if its coming from France!
