Refund denied and no products provided
Ok. So now I’ve been censored when trying to post about my experience on fb. My comments are being deleted.
I loved Lively Liz and checked in regularly. I decided after following for months to purchase the meal and workout plan. I filled out all the forms and submitted them and received a meal plan that wasn’t what I had chosen. I contacted support and they asked me to fill out another form. I did. My workout plan never did come in the promised 24 hours and I’ve yet to receive another meal plan. After almost a week I asked for a refund. I have been told there are no refunds. But I also haven’t received what I paid for. Then I commented on fb posts I hopes someone would reply- I was asked for my email. I gave it and left a comment about this being a disappointing experience and now they’ve also been removed? Anyway. I paid 99 USD. No small amount. And I’d simply like it back. The product and the customer service has been poor. I don’t want to follow anymore. This has been discouraging. I’m also a single mom of two so 99 USD is a big spend. It’s terrible that they won’t refund it after not providing the service they promised.
