Livery list has been an invaluable resource to my business in our first year of trading. At least 85% of all enquiries have come via the website and I have found it easy to use. Do NOT TRUST.
This website has “strict” rules in accepting negative reviews on livery yards from across the UK. When challenged about the lack of negative reviews for one particular yard that had legal proceedings against it, with multiple other people in the same position I was advised they can’t take into account evidence... so basically if you are trying to find a livery yard do not use this site or trust as livery yards can have utter tosh of reviews abs no real reviews from legitimate previous liveries.
It means the majority of negative reviews are filtered out so far I know of at least 2 and more to come.
Terrible.

LiveryList is a reputable livery yard directory with thousands of reviews published for our listed yards since this facility was introduced in 2014. We do indeed have a policy on the approvals of all reviews subject to their content and all reviews are considered on a case by case basis to ensure their content is in line with said policy. The information on our policy given by this reviewer is incorrect. Due to the legal proceedings in process against this particular yard for which they submitted a review, it was decided that the high number of negative reviews that were submitted over a short period of time by multiple users would not be published and in fact ultimately the review function was revoked from the listing in question. This was discussed with this reviewer on several occasions and the reasons behind the decision to refuse the reviews explained in detail. In addition, positive reviews previously submitted to our site by this reviewer for the same yard were removed without issue at their request. Our review policy remains the same and is clearly detailed on our website.
