They have stopped me using free bets and promotions just because i was not profitatable enough for them, when i asked for the reason for tge ban they said they didn’t need to tell me. Terrible

Tried withdrawing said to give ID Documents which I did then account has been disabled and no email or nothing.

UPDATE: I got an email saying id photo had a glare so I’ve just resubmitted it and it was accepted within 15 seconds. I can now use app and withdraw so I will change my rating

Update so I finally got my money out but be expected to upload all your information immediately on sign up & when you withdraw your money they wanted driving licence after uploaded even tho I did it the day before & face verification witch took ages & had to do the process about 5 times because it kept failing. It was a small withdrawal £230 so can't imagine what they ask for a big cash out... I will keep playing there for now so hopefully my experience will be better future down the line.

They will restrict your account randomly to try to push customers onto casino betting. So avoid at all costs as it's not worth your time.

It's a shame because I thought they could be really good too, but they're only interested in gambling addicts and people losing on casino bets. AVOID!

I very rarely gamble but I have a livescorebet account from years ago, probably 4-5 years ago.

I logged in to stick a bet on the Chelsea game later but it said 'this account needs verification'

I'd already verified the account years ago, twice!

I thought 'I can't be bothered going through this again' and tried to withdraw my money, only 10 pounds.

They then said that I can't withdraw my money until I jump through hoops, doing video camera identification.

All for the sake of me withdrawing 10 quid.

What a petty and pathetic company. They couldnt just send me my ten quid and shut the account down, they demand videos etc. It is beyond pathetic. Live chat accepted my ID had already been proven - so why do I need to do it again?

After coming off gamstop I went to open my account through a phone call. After a lengthy chat I was then told I would be on a 24 cool off period to.which if successful I would have access to my account. What's happened in my account has been excluded again to which the team said I need to call back the next day to have the team finalise their decision. 48 hours? Was never told anything but 24 hour cool off. Im expecting them to say no to my account as a lot of casinos are doing this because they don't like you using gamstop. Any casino deffo that begins with the word 'Bet' all do it. They penalise you for using gamstop, a safer gambling tool by banning you permanently with no reason given.

They randomly banned me from accessing their promotions and best odds guarantee, just because I wasn't profitable for them as a customer.. I raised an issue with their respective ADR who have been useless, ultimately leading to a complaint with the gambling comission.

Long story short, Livescore Bet basically failed to explain the reason for the ban, not being able to tell me which rules I've broken, citing a 'trading review' of my account lead to that decision. eCOGRA, their ADR were completely useless in helping out which is why I raised the issue with the Gambling Comission, but I figure that won't lead to anything either.

They're dodgy and I'd stay away from them, they are clearly parasites not even bothering trying to hide it

Awful site, slots don't pay out and betting tables feel rigged with roulette numbers hitting everything but yours when you play. Blackjack dealers constantly hitting 20 and blackjack with every hand. Just shameful. I wish those working for the gambling commission would set up an account and go play some slots and tables here to experience what its like! No fun when you constantly lose! Verification team is incompetent. Lost my active bets due to their incompetence, sent them verification video 6 times yet they still couldn't see it clearly. They let you deposit money , place bets but when you want to withdraw they come up with their verification blabla. There are plenty of bookmakers out there, avoid this one

Absolute scam, spent thousands on this site and loss after loss.. made a complaint to them about the ridiculous RTP and now they've disabled my account.just stay away there's much better sites out there. Would be minus stars if it was possible

I signed up for a £30 in free bets via a new customer offer, if I first deposited £10.

I did so. The bet lost, which is immaterial, and no free bets were credited to the account. Assuming some error in administration, as opposed to something pernicious, I emailed their ‘help line’ to enquire as to why the welcome offer had not been honoured.

Their response was entirely pathetic. Because I had deposited from a Revolut account, they retracted their word, and annulled my eligibility from offers in the future.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

There are plenty of honest betting apps which will honour their terms of signing up. I’m certain that if I had deposited from any other bank account, they would likewise have made up that the small print of the small print had excluded that account from all offers.

Scam offer, scam app. Avoid like the plague.
