Unprofessional Liviana Conti
The Jamie dress from Liviana Conti I ordered online has wrong maintenance instructions and it got ruined. I reached out to them but after waiting for weeks to hear back, they offered 15% discount on my next purchase! I tried again but received no answer. Disappointing!
Further to their reply below - Indeed the issue is related to washing, therefore the argument
that return is not possible due to the time elapsed doesn’t make sense. Luckily I didn’t try to dry clean it immediately after purchase so I was able to enjoy wearing it as many as two times! The issue are the wrong washing instructions, so the least they should offer is full refund. That would be professional. Their trust pilot rating of 2.3 speaks loud enough.
