Unprofessional Liviana Conti

The Jamie dress from Liviana Conti I ordered online has wrong maintenance instructions and it got ruined. I reached out to them but after waiting for weeks to hear back, they offered 15% discount on my next purchase! I tried again but received no answer. Disappointing!

Further to their reply below - Indeed the issue is related to washing, therefore the argument
that return is not possible due to the time elapsed doesn’t make sense. Luckily I didn’t try to dry clean it immediately after purchase so I was able to enjoy wearing it as many as two times! The issue are the wrong washing instructions, so the least they should offer is full refund. That would be professional. Their trust pilot rating of 2.3 speaks loud enough.

No refunds!

Wife placed an order, sent 2 items back but after 1 month still no refund, starting to feel like we have been scammed for 300 euro`s

Disappointing Experience with Liviana…

Disappointing Experience with Liviana Conti

I ordered several clothing items from Liviana Conti, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. One item-a pair of trousers-was lost during shipping and I was never refunded, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Additionally, one of the dresses arrived far too large, and althoug the company claims they offer easy free return, I never received eny return instructions even after repeated requests.
This lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly disappointing, especially from the brand that positions itself as customer-friendly and premium.
I expected much better service and follow-through.

All wrong from start to end

Really mediocre service and customer care. Not responsive at all and not useful either. Aldo FedEx service has been very poor this time. I had to make many phone call myself to correct an error that they made on the address. They blamed me to have given the wrong telephone number (because it was not an Italian number!) and they answered always the same way with no attention to any details I have sent many times. Very disappointed and such a mediocre brand.

Return policy is not working

The Liviana Conti web page boasts "Easy and free return, we pick up!".

However, the guest return form doesn't seem to work properly (bugs on the webpage?) - after I filled the return form and submitted, the webpage returned an error and now it doesn't show any possibility for the return.

So I wrote customer service - it's unresponsive.

I will not buy anything again from Abraham Industries companies, including Liviana Conti.

Update: Got a response from customer service, I can proceed with my return.
