My partner and I Brought from this store on eBay . Brought a trailer cover that was the wrong size and when asked to refund . I was informed to send it back to their warehouse and now they will not refund me my money .

I wish I could leave zero stars!! Disgusting customer service. Item had to be returned and they charged me nearly $100 to “restock” the item. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from LIVIBE
Do not buy from these people - still get automated response saying exactly the same as >6months ago Crappy product delivered damaged and promise refund yet they use the system to win out in the end. They ask you to remove negative ratings whilst they keep your money & promise replacement product or refund but that never happens as they hold you out till too late to re-claim - absolutely disgraceful service.

Please don't order through this company. I purchased a Christmas tree through catch from there company and the tree was faulty, mind you I'd paid $180 for this tree. I found the responses to be rude and almost generic, upon explaining how there tree was unsafe for young children due to the sheer amount of white fake snow that fell off the tree and explaining Ive had snow frosted trees and never had this amount fall off they just wouldn't accept the fact it was faulty at the end they wanted me to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee to return the tree. What a absolute joke !
