Extremely Disappointed – Do NOT Recommend

I had high hopes for this store, but unfortunately, my experience with Livify was terrible.

First and foremost, the customer service was absolutely abysmal. When I reached out for assistance with an issue, I got no clear answers, and they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It's almost as if they don't care at all about resolving customer concerns.

Secondly, the return policy is designed to make sure you can never actually return anything. I was shocked to learn that their policy makes it almost impossible to get a refund or exchange, even if the item doesn’t fit or is faulty.

The quality of the clothes is seems relatively poor for the cost. I would not expect this to stand up to use. Definitely not what I expected based on the website’s photos.

Fit is inconsistent. I ordered several items in my usual size, and following the size chart. Inconsistent sizing makes shopping here a gamble, if you don't know if something will fit and you can't rely on the the return policy why would anyone shop here.

Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Im a loyal customer of Freddy's Jeans

Im a loyal customer of Freddy's Jeans. Ive ordered direct and from 3rd party livify. Im beside myself at what i received today. What a joke!! Worn pants. Cat hair, and they were crumpled up and tied with a knotted shoe lace!!! Ive asked for a refund. Hope they concede.

Order exact size and pair i currently have and the ones i just received from Livify were too small.. and if course i cant return them.. totally disappointed with not being abl to return and exchange for a different size.. will not buy from them again..

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I've bought over a dozen pairs both in store and online...this was the worst service EVER!

My husband bought me 2 pairs for Valentine's Day this year and the warehouse sent me the wrong size. When I emailed them about how I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping on their screw up, they flat out IGNORED my emails.

I have never had a problem with my orders but when I have to pay for shipping and it wasn't my fault, that's absolute BS! Clearly the company cares more about the money than building a loyal customer base. I was going to buy my sister her first pair of Freddy's for her birthday this year but I am DEFINITELY going to look into something else like LuluLemon as they have GREAT customer service!

I placed Order and then realized i can't return or exchange therefore i wrote to them to cancel they replied that i can exchange so then i decided to move forward then after i received the product to exchange for another size they ignored and don't answer.
I want a full refund now of what i bought. They are scammers

The quality is poor for the price

The quality is poor for the price. I have over 10 pairs ove Freddy jeans & pants that I’ve bought over the last 8 years. The older pants looked great at first; however, with in a coupe of years deteriorated and are ripped apart in the crotch. I figured I’d try them again recently and it seems like quality has gotten worse and prices increased. All pants I have ordered fit weird and awkwardly. I’ve tried 2 different sizes. And they look weird. I’m very fit at 5’7, so it’s not me. And the other issue is that these pants aren’t made or the average women; but, extremely tall women. I used to roll them inwards. You have to be atleast 5’10 for the length. The ridiculous especially for $200 per pants.

I purchased three pairs on Black…

I purchased three pairs on Black Friday. Two of the three pants I purchased have holes. The first pair has a hole starting in the seam of the crotch and there is already a half cm hole on one of the pockets. The second pair ripped open when my dog jumped on me….doesn’t say much for the quality at all. I love the fit but the quality is beyond horrible!

Damaged merchandise and no exchange or return or anything done about it

Have been shopping with them for a few years now. I am talking like 15 pairs from them are in my closet. I liked this one light denim pair a lot, so I ordered 2 to have when one is worn out. After just 1 wash the Whole leg and pant went wrinkly and Very loose, like it went up 2 sizes. And, they didn't care to make any exchange or deal with it. Told me how many months passed, but 1 pair was brand new and wirh tag. I think they should be responsible for the quality of their product and maybe they won't lose a client that orders a few grand worth of merchandise. NEVER buying from them again

Pants full of holes!!!

Pants full of holes!!!! I bought 2 pairs of Freddy Livify, less than 2 years later they are full of holes. The size is correct, my nails were short, the material is super thin and stretchy. The customer service is crap!!!! Don't spent $200 on them!

Too bad I cant add pictures here. More transparency from this company is needed!

Corrupt

So just like Sephora; Livify erases all bad reviews of their products. I wrote a very factual and informational post about their “leggings” (not jeans at all), and they erased it within 24 hours. How’s that for transparency?
Then to add insult to injury, they offer a “gift card” refund when clearly I will never shop there again. So now I have to do a chargeback through my bank institution as they never mentioned a gift card refund.
One of the most sketchy companies I’ve ever bought from and when all you see are positive reviews, now you know why. They erase all factual reviews that are the slightest negative. So how true is that being true to the consumer?

Overall good experience.

They made me pay return shipping for pants that didn’t fit as expected. I feel like for the price of these pants returns should be free. BUT they gave me a 10% discount code for having a pair sitting in my cart for a few days so it ended up coming out even.

There’s no phone number to contact them except to call the Calgary store. This is unfair to the store manager.

Please size up. I’m a size 8 and I wear the large.

I question if the price corresponds to the quality and value of the product. I think the DIWOs were worth it but they seem fragile. Only time will tell.

I didn’t like the curvy fashion line. They were not flattering on me. I’m trying to be unbiased and I had my roommate try on both the pants too. The curvy fashion ones looked okay on her but not $150 good.

The high rise style does not suit an hour glass. In my experience, an hour glass is best in their classic rise. The high rise is better for an athletic build or a ruler shape to create the illusion of an hour glass. Because they do not give the level of taper that I would need to look my best. Maybe the curvy line is meant for actual fat people? Like with curves in the wrong places?

Again, and this is posted all over their website size up!!! I feel like saying size up TWO sizes would be fair to say depending on what brands you wear and your body type. Like if you’re an old navy four, you might wear a medium in Freddy’s. I feel like their sizing might be comparable to Guess?

My exchanged pair arrived today. Classic rise, full length eco leather. These fit smaller than the DIWOs but look great. I’d say the large fit like a US six so be aware. They are sexy af though.

They sent me a faulty pair

They sent me a faulty pair, might I add on there website it says they do not keep returns, well I am 98% sure they sent me a return or one of there staff messed it up? They wont exchange or give me store credit and expect me to pay shipping both ways yet that is NOT what there website supports.

I have a large group of friends who also purchase from them, who I will be telling about this experience to and will be prompting there horrid disaster on social media.

I am in complete disgust at the customer service as I thought they were a higher level business of class like Michael Kors, but I was soooo wrong. I can only compare there service to mcdonalds, because even Walmart and Amazon have treated me with more respect than livify.

The customer service I received is poor so I can only expect the same from there product.

Amazing products and team!

I placed an order yesterday morning and received it in Ottawa this evening. It took less then a day and a half to be delivered through FedEx and the customer service team was incredibly friendly and helpful when I need assistance with my account. All of the clothing fit so well. Thank you for making such great products and having a great team behind the name!

Terrible Customer Service After Finding Multiple Pairs of Jeans to be Faulty

I am completely in shock after receiving the worst customer service from the Freddy store in Chinook. A company called Livify who represents the brand and is the distributor of Freddy Jeans in Canada care more about making money than customer service. To have them represent the Freddy brand and leave customers with no recourse on faulty product is atrocious and not the type of customer service you would expect to receive from a premium brand. After purchasing multiple jeans for my significant other we found each one of them had the same issue with holes appearing on the inside seam of the pants within 3-4 wears. When requesting to have something done about this they said they will not do a return (even though all pairs had the same issue and we were only looking to return 1 pair). Instead they suggested to buy another pair to try with a discount. What would you know but the same issue happened with the new jeans. After much discussion they still would not return the original jeans we had come in to return and on our 4th visit (after they lost a pair they said they were going to fix) they said there's nothing they can do about it. I would highly suggest to look elsewhere for Freddy Jeans (Amazon, US Distributor, etc.) as if you have an issue with them, they will tell you there's nothing they can do to return them or even exchange them. They will however offer to let you buy another pair at a discount.

If you scroll down you will see multiple people having the same issue with the holes in seams and the store not willing to do anything about it. Very unfortunate they are willing to provide poor customer service in exchange for the massive profit they make off each pair.

Moral of the story: Buyer Beware

Freddy wr up - Holes near seams

The 5 pairs of pants that I bought from this site have holes in the crotch area near the seams. The eco-leather pants they sell are also deteroriating between the crotch. These pants cost above $100 so why doesn't the quality match the price. The pants fit nice but I can't keep stitching these pants after every use. I don't even wear them that much due to this factor.
They replaced one pair of jean a long time ago but of course those did not last long either.
I feel like people who have bought a pair of jeans deserve like 7 replacement pairs to match the price of one.
