Great customer service
Ordered something that didn’t meet expectations. Contacted customer service who responded very quickly and offered an exchange for an item of the same value, or a return. I found something similar that cost slightly more and asked if I could pay the difference. They have agreed to send me the replacement at no extra cost and I don’t need to return the original. Great customer service.

Dont buy from them
Buying from this company has been painful from start to finish.
Firstly, I had to chase the order I placed, then I had to pay an additional fee for delivery and now they're refusing to provide rubber feet, that was missing from the packing and its part of the assembly steps - to make the fire safe and fit for use.
Only good thing is that the fire actually looks nice, shame about the after sales and customer service.

Starting to get really bored of this…
Starting to get really bored of this company and their inability to understand basic English.
Had a defective product (already left a review about this) and I am now, finally getting my refund however I have asked the company to collect the item as it is no longer needed and I don't want it in my house.
As usual they are delaying matters. First they offered me £10 to dispose of the item. I rejected the offer as it is not my responsibility to take time out of my day to get rid of their rubbish.
They then said that their couriers will not collect damaged goods however soon back tracked when I presented proof where they told other reviewers they their couriers will only collect defective goods! So that was a lie they were caught out with.
They're now delaying matters saying the couriers are too busy to collect.
If I was angry before, now I'm fuming.
Have asked for a managers /complaints email and of course I'm ignored!
Spent way too much time dealing with this mess of a company.
They need to be shut down

This product was definitely for a professional. It was so very difficult to put together. Hundreds of bits which took 4 days to construct. I can't even bare to go and look as there are gaps in the doors. I am so disappointed.
