Perfect hair Day™ Style Refresh Mist…new product so ordered to try as have to mist my curls every morning.
Absolutely love it as has totally revived my curls & given them bounce & volume too but without any crunch!

Product incorrectly labelled and poor customer service
Generally like their products but I recently ordered a conditioner and it actually had shampoo in the conditioner bottle- after initial use I thought there was a problem so I ordered another conditioner and compared the two and there was definatley a problem.
I’ve emailed customer service and I'm still waiting for a reply, it has been 4 days and the only repsonse I have had started with "We are sorry to hear that your item may be faulty!" when I clearly stated in my email what the issue was.
I have also tried calling the team multiple times and nobody is responding. Really poor customer service I'm so disappointed because I love their products.
Quick response to a quality issue
Bough a set on offer and one of the bottles came leaked. Customer service replied after 1 day and already requested a replacement. Very impressed! I have recently noticed a huge drop in the quality of customer care for big reputable companies so it's a nice change to see someone actually caring about customers. Well done
Shockingly poor customer service taken…
Shockingly poor customer service taken me about 6 emails and I still haven’t had a refund label. They never answer emails, send deliberately vague replies and replies with unclear instructions. NEVER AGAIN.
This is tricky - mixed review
This is tricky. I have the Perfect Hair Day (PHD) original, PHD Dry Texturising Spray (amazing product!) and PHD Velvet Amber. The latter just stopped working mid spray, & I had to fill in a web form providing all info including order number, batch number etc. Then I received an email less than 24 hours later asking for exactly the same info (?!), plus video evidence of fault. I provided it all and lovely Bethany has now, 48 hours later, sent a replacement out. Thank you!
However, the price of these products means that I’d expect high quality product and dispenser - the dry shampoos are nowhere near as good as cheaper alternatives. I accepted the replacement because the faulty one was barely used and did smell nice, so I’ll chuck the old use the new when it arrives. I wouldn’t buy again though, as it’s just not that effective. HOWEVER, the dry texturising spray is utterly fantastic and that is the one I’d recommend. Big Thanks again to Bethany too for sorting me out - she’s the reason I will remain a customer, albeit not for the faulty product I’m having replaced.
Horrible service and dangerous product in
Had made order and my fault I have trust their ''Natural '' advertisement, lately i have more deeply check ingredients myself.. and it was hidden that there is some horrible stuff in it! I have asked to cancel my order but they just suggested to refuse delivery-what I have done. So far they just keep saying it is still in pick up location, no matter it says pick up by 28th Sept -so it is 2 weeks due.. No refund.. No support-just same words everytime..

Living Proof Flex Hairspray
I ordered from living proof the Flex Spray.
It arrived promptly. I washed and conditioned my hair in my normal way and used the product.
When I came to brush my hair at the end of the day my hair which is long was tangled and knotted. It had to be washed again the following day.
There was no Flex whatsoever in this Hairspray.
I do not recommend this product or company as they have a clause in conditions that you cannot return their products under any circumstances unless the item has not been used and you have the original packaging.

Allowing expired products to be sold by 3rd parties
I contacted Living Proof UK as I was having issues with a gift set I'd gotten for Christmas. Out of the set the conditioner and 5in1 from the PHD range wouldn't dispense even struggled after fully taking the lids off. Thinking it was a packaging fault I contacted the company provided pictures, videos and batch code numbers.
They emailed back to tell me the products were expired 4 months before purchase but as the gift was purchased from Cohorted they wouldn't take any responsibility. They cited T&Cs on their website about only offering refunds when purchased direct. How would they expect customers to know this? They will be aware that their products are in beauty boxes and now I wonder if thats why they are. It seems a total cop out to wash their hands of this issue
This brand exclusive box is still for sale on Cohorted website. So Living Proof know this will be damaging their brand reputation and I'd question if theres health risks to consumers who don't know the products are expired.
All in all a very bad company to deal with who clearly aren't concerned about potential health risks of expired cosmetics. Im going to report to Consumer Direct and highlight this on social media as £50 is a lot for a relative of mine to have spent for expired products!

Terrible reaction
I don't normally write negative reviews however LP leave me no choice. I used the Restore products for about 6 weeks not realising that they were causing some quite distressing symptoms. After visits to my GP and A&E the link was made. I have been burned by these products, on my scalp, my neck, ears, face and under arms. Basically the places the rinsed products would travel to in the shower. Eight weeks on from stopping use I remain on antihistamines for the itch as my skin and scalp slowly heal. I was initially on steroids it was so bad. My scalp remains painful, flaky and itchy, my face still has dry patches as does my neck. Although LP refunded me for these products their last email said, "it (is) unfortunate to hear these ingredients didn't work for your hair". Is that an example of "gaslighting"? This is despite them being sent photos of the injuries caused and agreeing refunds.
I checked the ingredients on ewg. org METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE is the search to use.
My advice, do not touch LP products. You are better off with cheaper products that don't pretend to contain high end, safe ingredients.

i bought the M&S advent calendar last…
i bought the M&S advent calendar last christmas and i had. living proofs 5.1 hair styling travel sample. it’s amazing, it gives my hair volume with no stickiness and feels extremely healthy and soft. definitely will buy this in the future.

Awful packaging
Awful packaging, poor quality and overpriced product.
I am left with half full bottle after no spray comes out of mine. Absolute shame at this price tag! Avoid!

I was given perfect hair day dry shampoo,the soray worked a few times now it doesn't.
I tried calling the number given by the bot on live chat it's not live as no one is ever avaliable I filled in my details no one has got back to me.
Why is there no one answering the phone at 11.00 am nor is there a human on live chat!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Contacted regarding faulty dry shampoo spray can. My query was dealt with promptly and a replacement was issued.
Despite having delivery issues
Despite having delivery issues, I received my order the next day, am very happy with all three items, and with the help I got from customer service. Great products all round.
Very disappointing
I bought 2 travel sized dry shampoos for my daughter and daughter in law as gifts. The one I gave to my daughter broke pretty much straight away after just one use. Unfortunately she threw the canister away and as a result customer services aren’t interested as I can’t send them a video of the fault or provide them with the batch code. This shows no trust in the customer and I can only assume they think we are making this up. I will not recommend LP nor buy any of their products again, very disappointing.
