Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy! They promise to send your products in the same day, but in reality they don’t. you are lucky if you receive your order in 5-7 days. They also don’t give you any useful information when you call them. Except the universale Dutch “sorry. You have to wait.”

You placed your order on a Saturday, during the weekend.
"Bestellingen ná 17:00 uur en in het weekend worden de eerstvolgende werkdag verzonden" Dit staat ook netjes op onze website vermeld.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend are shipped on the next business day, as clearly stated on our website.
"Maandag ochtend is uw order dan ook direct ingepakt en opgehaald door Post NL om 12:07, u heeft op dat moment ook een track and trace code van ons ontvangen. Hier kunt u de status van uw zending zelf volgen"
