Caution: Repetitive postings with zero engagement suggest phantom job listings
I am writing this to share a highly concerning pattern regarding this agency’s recruitment practices. They project an image of a major international recruiter with an abundance of exciting overseas opportunities. However, the reality of interacting with them tells a completely different story.
Over a significant period, I have noticed that the exact same job advertisements are continuously reposted, week after week. Despite having a strong professional background, a solid track record, and a well-crafted CV that aligns perfectly with their stated requirements, I have applied to numerous positions and received absolutely zero response—not even a preliminary screening or automated acknowledgment.
This lack of engagement, combined with the endless recycling of the same vacancies, strongly suggests that these are not active, real job openings. Instead, they appear to be "ghost jobs" generated primarily for PR purposes—likely to artificially boost the company’s market presence, harvest candidate data, and project a false image of rapid growth.
It is incredibly unprofessional to waste candidates' time and use their professional data merely as a marketing tool to generate media buzz. I would advise fellow job seekers to approach their listings with a high degree of skepticism.
