LK Bennett - New Bond Street Reviews 12

Ordered a pair of shoes in the sale for an event in London. Had them delivered for collection at the New Bond Street store. I requested to try my ordered shoes on to double check they were ok. NO, the box contained two shoes in two different sizes. One shoes my size and the other two sizes too big. The solution they said I could collect another pair from Bluewater in Dartford. This really is unprofessional service on many levels. I then had to take more hours out of my day to find another suitable alternative

Bought a beautiful dress from LK Bennett. Did not notice until I wore the dress to wedding that there was a small hole on the back shoulder, where silk was coming away from the seam. Embarrassingly someone noticed it and pointed it out to me! I was mortified. Complaint started with Nadia 5th July. It is now 4th August, no resolution has been made. Sent them pictures, then the dress recorded delivery as instructed. Can not get to speak to someone! Don’t answer emails. When phone just get a voicemail which no one calls you back from. The clothes and shoes are stunning but the customer service is shocking! And has put me off using LK Bennett EVER AGAIN!

Staff at lkb recently located some sandals in my size which was not online. I was given the tel numbers , I called store directly they were absolutely fantastic. I paid over the phone and the sandals arrived the next day. I have done this before and also had excellent results. I love lkb because they fit me perfectly as I have quite narrow feet size 4. Excellent service unlike other companies.

My in store experience was great…At the Bond Street store in London. The staff member (Lesley) was extremely helpful and attentive. A few weeks later, having tried on many dresses in other stores (for Mother of the Groom), I decided to purchase the dress online. The day after it was delivered I saw on the website, that the price had been significantly reduced. I called LKB customer service and they said they would immediately refund me the difference (which was a substantial amount!).

I am also thrilled with the dress. It’s very well made, beautifully lined and being a Petite size, it fits me perfectly (I’m 5ft 3 and the dress is a maxi and is the perfect length for me height)

This has to be my favourite lk bennett dress so far! The colours are so vibrant, the fabric so delicate and the details on sleeved so feminine.

Placed an order for these shoes which never arrived. The parcel was lost by Evri. My partner then went to a store to buy a replacement pair because I wanted to wear these for our wedding. I asked him to check them before purchasing, he asked to see them and the assistant showed him one shoe and said they hadn't even been tried on. On getting them home one of the pair had a small black mark on the front. This was 3 days before the wedding, no other stores had my size in stock locally and it was too late to place an online order. Thus I had no choice but to wear the pair with the mark. LK Bennett refused to give me any sort of good will reduction on the cost of these given they were bought for full price and had a mark on them. A very disappointing experience, I will not be shopping with LK Bennett again.

Edit: just to be clear, the customer care agent's only response was - there's nothing we can do 🤷🏻‍♀️

My sales person Jendav was wonderful, a very pleasant experience and the service given to me was excellent. You now have a new customer. I highly recommend this shop in New Bond St. Beautifully presented, clean and light. A big thank to Jendav for attention to detail.

This green leather trench coat is so stylish , classy and easy to wear . It is a perfect length for me landing just past the knee . I am 5’4. Sizing is also spot on. The leather is just buttery soft as described 👌Love love love it !

Nobody acknowledged me walking in the shop ( new Bond Street). There was only one other customer in the shop. The sales assistant seemed disinterested. The other sales assistant appeared to be on the phone for most of the time that I was there. Not the most friendly staff. I was very slow to be served and the sales assistant was rather slow to get the shoes but as that may have involved searching for the correct shoes I can understand that may not have been her fault. She was polite and got out the shoes and boots that I asked to try on and I bought the boots I needed so I have given 3 stars .

Terrible store experience. I had to order online. They couldn't find the other pair, said they will call but never did. For the prices you have, this is not a good customer experience, I prefer other stores.
