He explained the whole process clearly whilst being very jolly and friendly and has certainly reduced my tariffs on both electricity and gas. I would definitely recommend Lloyd Energy.

I have spoken with Ben Tennyson several times over the last months. He is very professional, has a lovely calm manner and is not at all pushy. He understands that at this moment in time as a local Healthwatch due to be abolished by the government we are not in a position to change contracts but he still keeps in touch to ask how we are doing at this very difficult time. Having been contacted by various energy agents to manage our energy contracts we switched to Lloyd energy as I found Lee to be very professional, courteous and very personable. He secured us a great deal that we couldn't match elsewhere. Customer Service is something we as a company value very much and Lee definitely represented Lloyd energy with regards to a 5* experience.
