Poor customer service

Sent my car in to be looked at as I purchased it from a Lloyds dealership and this particular one is my local garage.

I have the BMW warranty and have had a friction scraping noise coming from the rear since I bought the car in august, The workshop manager heard this noise on 2 road tests, He agreed and said it is definitely a fault on the car.

After replacing all the discs and pads the noise is still there, after the 4th visit I have been palmed off by the dealership!

I was given no explanation just handed the keys by a random person, They have now told me the tyres are at fault, But have done nothing about it! They then told BMW complaints it is nothing and it is the road I am driving on! WTF

Absolute bullshit! The car blatantly has a fault.

Nobody communicates to each other in the dealership, they don’t return calls, I get random calls saying car is ready to collect when I had the car already! The place is chaos and unorganised. I was given an electric courtesy car which had 50% battery and I don’t even have a charge point!

Honestly do not go to this dealership it is a shambles!

None existing service department

None existing service department - if you make a call then details taken and you might get a call back when they are ready - message service only.

Not what I would expect from a premium car supplier. Message to myself - buy your next BMW elsewhere.
