Such a rude staff at Lucan shopping…
Such a rude staff at Lucan shopping centre one. They will never answer your calls and very unhelpful....will try to avoid that pharmacy now. They don't give respect to their customers.
Went to Lloyds Carpenterstown this…
Went to Lloyds Carpenterstown this evening just looking for some ibuprofen, betadine and berocca. Had a tough fall at the end of a cycle (and well, the berocca because we all need a bit of a vit hit this time of year). Explained my requests at the door (they were to be open for another 3.5 hours but they were closing early due to short staff). I told the English accented lady that I’d har an accident, showed her my arm and she brushed it off with… “try castlenknock” and closed the door in my face. I don’t drive and even if I did, couldn’t with my arm. Rude. Ignorant. Horrible.

Prescription orders are rarely prepared on time despite calling ahead and agreeing on a time for collection!
The management doesn't seem to care or maybe they're unaware?? Carpenterstown branch may have the worst customer service!
Never see me again
As a healthy enough man I’m hardly Lloyds best customer but it’s been the only pharmacy I’ve used for bits and pieces since they came To clonmel… That’s all passed tense now.. I was in an accident and needed a lot Of nurofen, which I bought in their oakville store regularly over a 2 week period in November 23.. I wasn’t getting receipts, not thinking straight or whatever. But my expenses are now going to be covered so I enquired about getting a retrospective receipt and was point blank refused by the “blonde” old maid type who works there.. Like it was some big ordeal. I had bought and paid for the goods within the last month but she still took great glee in refusing me in front of other customers. So that’s me finished with Lloyds all over. I’m going back to non chains, where I’ll never have to deal with the fake old maid again..
Great employees
Such pleasant, friendly and helpful, knowledgeable chemist employees they go out there way to help and more understand..Cristina,evelyn Roxy thank you..
Called to a Lloyd's late night pharmacy…
Called to a Lloyd's late night pharmacy yesterday evening with a prescription my son got on discharge from hospital. We were told by the pharmacist that the item required was out of stock and in short supply and we would have difficulty getting it. Quick thinking on my part rang the hospital who contacted consultant who told us it was not in short supply and there was plenty of stock as hospitals are the first to be notified when supplies go low. Called to my local Lloyd's pharmacy this morning and it is in stock. However I found the staff member to be a bit condescending towards me and pharmacist was not overall pleasant. Seriously considering taking our business to another family run chemist where they go above and beyond for customers
The value of a smile!
People seldom like change, so it was hardly surprising that some were unsettled by the news that Sergio had left Lloyd’s pharmacy in Thomondgate, Limerick. The rude blonde I encountered there a week ago, caused me to doubt somewhat too! Until I encountered Andrea, whose professionalism was only surpassed by that kind of smile that makes everyone feel welcome and almost made me wish I had to visit twice as much!
Well well well
Well well well, when it comes to pharmacist reviewing thats not a thing in ireland, lest lloyds tarnishes their reputation, fun fact though lloyds has the worst reputation lol, however as a locum pharmacist, lloyds isnt short of being filth and the filth is commonly known in england. Kindly make sure your permenant staff knows what they are doing instead of blaming ppl who only came to your pharmacy once. Not a cute look, you deserve your rotten reputation. Can drag names through the mud but I will behave in a more civil manner, and congratualtions on shutting down 273 pharmacies in the north a couple of pharmacies here in the republic. I also suggest you clean your pharmacies its dirt everywhere and you almost stick to the tables and shelves in some pharmacies. Disgusting
Headless chickens
Disgraceful treatment of a customer, staff like headless chickens.
I called to pick up medication and was told it was out of stock even though I confirmed with them a month ago that it was available, medication that needs to be taken……I could go on…..
Won’t be back.
Will not be returning
I have never experienced a bad chemist till now.. lloyds pharmacy castletroy is the worst chemist i have ever been to and the pharmacist is the most ignorant man i have ever encountered.
Lloyds Pharmacy are a Nightmare
Lloyds, Carpenterstown are an absolute nightmare and have no regard for their customers. I was overcharged by €60 and I have called twice for it but they have every excuse under the sun as why they are not giving it back. The latest now is the English speaking man is telling me they don’t owe me anything and that my husband did not leave them €60….he got the script for free…ha ha, I don’t think so. We will never darken the door of a Lloyds Pharmacy again.
They are a lot more expensive than other chemists. I will be spreading the word!
Absolute rubbish Pharmacy.
Absolute rubbish Pharmacy.
Went to buy a specific type of bandage for my son. Asked staff to double check if it was the correct one and was told 'yes, it will do'.
Lo and behold when we got home, it was the wrong one. Staff didn't even bother checking when asked. Not the first time I've had a bad experience there, but definitely the last. Will not venture past their threshold again!
Terrible customer service,made an order…
Terrible customer service, made an order click and collect nearly months later item not at pharmacy, email replies totally poor this customer service agent called Laura just generic copy and paste replies , stay away
Appalling service
They have my repeat prescription which is getting more difficult to receive each month as you need to order it which is impossible as they do not answer the phone I have spent 3 days trying up to 30 times each day but no reply then when I go to the shop I have been told come back in a couple of HOURS !
Appalling service !

I went to Lloyds Pharmacy Leopardstown…
I went to Lloyds Pharmacy Leopardstown SC after realising my son was out of medication and they would be open till 6pm. I arrived at the shop at 5.52 to see from a distance that the shutters were half way down and a strip barrier across the entrance. I looked up Lloyds LSC on app to check opening hours and it stated 6pm. As this was the case I tucked my head under the shutter and said Hello! I could see two people at the counter who buried their heads under the counter when I said hello. Eventually a shop assistant answered and reluctantly let me in, which i was appreciate of! She told me it would take a few minutes. Pharmacist on reviewing the prescription came out and told me that he would need the original prescription as he claimed that the one I provided was a copy? Even tho it had been dispensed before with the stamp of the pharmacy on the prescription! Told him it was the original and he refused to dispense! I left the shop and went to a late night pharmacy in the locality who did not query the prescription and dispensed. Not the first time to have a bad experience at this branch in fact reason we left and went to another local pharmacy was the appalling CS and attitude of staff and the inconsistency of having a permanent pharmacist! Normally a locum! Wont venture past their doors again not even for a panadol !!!
Fine, but don't believe the offer of a sign-up discount!
Good points: comparable price to a major online pharmacy, efficient website, fast dispatch of product.
However, when I signed up, they gave me a code and told me that I'd get 15% off my first purchase. So, I make my first purchase, only to have the code rejected because it "isn't valid for the items in your basket". (I have to take a star off their rating for that.) I wrote to *info @ lloydspharmacy.ie* about it, but got no response. (I have to take another star off the rating for that.)
Excellent
Friendly, helpful and organised staff. Excellent service overall. Thank you!
Always great service, even in recent times when HSE websites were unavailable.
Great service. Chemists go extra mile to provide whats needed in a timely manner. Did well even when HSE systems were not accessible, they had the expertise to deliver regardless.
LloydsPharmacy lucan
Old staff were brillant but the new lot are far from it. Imagine leaving in a perscription and calling back the following day allowing them time to make it up. Oh no they do not operate like that and you still have to BOOK it even after leaving in the perscription? Seriously? Did they not add the details to their system apon receiving it? Old staff use to ring you letting you know it was ready but this lot don't. You never had to BOOK it like this lot as the perscription was the booking. Why do i have to book something i already left with them?
