No email confirming the item was…
No email confirming the item was dispatched and nothing from the courier either so total pot luck if you are around for delivery or not.....
I would have been much happier at a minimum to be told what day the item would be delivered!
Could easily be 5 stars with a little bit of communication

Thanks for your review. Really sorry about the communication. We tend to pride ourselves on our communication with customers once we have received an order.
The website should have definitely send a confirmation email once you have placed the order and it should also send a shipped confirmation. The couriers should also send a delivery confirmation, however due to your order being fuel an exact date isn't given right away.
We will look into the email confirmations right away though!!

LMA Autoparts cannot ship abroad from…
LMA Autoparts cannot ship abroad from UK due to Brexit.
I'm quite sure if LMA Autoparts changes its policy it can ship abroad from UK because I have many other suppliers who do that already.

Hi Ivan, Thank you for your feedback. As per our original message we didn't state "We cannot ship abroad". This year we have sent a few parcels to Switzerland that have all been turned around. Every single time this costs us money. So currently as per our message "We are not sending to Switzerland" We're are working on getting round this by talking with other couriers. But whilst it's not viable for our business, this is currently on hold.

Postage rip off!
The product is fine - but I paid far too much for the postage. My two products ( I ordered the same product twice) came in the same envelope which is fine. The postage was for a large envelope and it’s weight (two plastic keys for a battery immobiliser) was standard - so why was I charged so much ?

If postage has been charged twice this will be because two separate orders were placed.
If you could send us your invoice number (Web, Ebay) where ever you purchased the items from, we can issue you a refund for the postage on one of the invoices no problem at all.

Taking too long to arrive when last parcel from UK took 4 days. So much so made the components as I couldn’t wait.

As discussed when you had contacted us, we had messaged you a couple of times to advise of the delay. If those messages were picked up your side then this would have saved a good few days of delay. We also took delivery of the adaptors the day you cancelled the order.
