Extremely disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I hired this company with the expectation of receiving a professional and timely service but unfortunately the experience was far from acceptable. It took over 5 months and constant chasing to receive the most basic of plans.

When the plans were finally provided, they were not legible, not to scale and inaccurate, making them completely unusable. The contractor demonstrated a clear lack of fundamental knowledge required for the job and their unprofessional manner throughout the process only added to the frustration.

This has been a costly and time-consuming ordeal with no satisfactory outcome. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable and competent provider.
