Order Delivered to the wrong address

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and since then the entire resolution process has been extremely frustrating. Communication from LN-CC has been inconsistent and unclear. Initially, I was informed that the investigation with UPS would take no longer than 14 days. However, later I was told that no timeframe could be provided at all, which creates uncertainty and gives the impression that no real progress is being made.

To assist in the process, I even provided clear images of the exact location where UPS confirmed the package was left, according to their proof of delivery. Despite this, I have not received any concrete updates or solutions from the LN-CC team. My follow-up emails were either met with vague replies or left unanswered, leaving me without confidence that the matter is being handled seriously.

For a company that deals with high-value items, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and effective action has turned what should have been a straightforward issue into a prolonged and disappointing experience.

Edit 1:
I don’t believe I have ever experienced such poor customer service as I have with this company. In the past, any issue I encountered with products purchased through other fashion retail platforms was resolved within 7–10 days at most.

I contacted LN-CC support multiple times. Initially, I was informed that the matter would be resolved within 7–14 days (I even have screenshots of this statement provided by Albi). However, I was later told that there is no defined timeframe for resolution, which creates the impression that the company could hold my money indefinitely.

Throughout this entire process, I have not received a single clear or objective update regarding the progress of the investigation—only vague and generic replies. To make matters worse, when I contacted UPS in Paris directly, I was told that LN-CC had not reached out to them at all regarding this parcel.

It has now been almost a month since I placed the order, and I am still without any resolution. For a company of this size and reputation, this lack of transparency and accountability is extremely disappointing.

SHARKS - DO NOT USE…

This company advertised shoes they don’t actually have. Take your money and keep it for over two weeks. I will never use them again…

The reply is absolute rubbish. This company ‘cancelled’ my order, claiming an ‘error’ in their stock. I still haven’t had my refund, and will be contacting the bank for pursue legal proceedings.

Also, the following day after my order was cancelled by this seller, they re-listed the shoes in the same size ‘AGAIN’. Absolute SHARKS -DO NOT USE…

Order LN-EU-01630773 was returned on 21/07/05 but not refunded after more than a month. Zero Customer service.

Missing Gucci Sunglasses – No Response

I placed order LN-EU-01638489 for two Gucci sunglasses, but only one was delivered (shipment INT475876331). I reported the missing item immediately and was told the team would contact me. Since then, five days have passed and no one has reached out.

This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. A premium store should provide better accountability and communication when an order is incomplete. Right now, it feels like I’ve been left without support.
