Where to start
Where to start? When I ordered my item the checkout page reverted the postcode to a generic address nowhere near me, when I contacted customer service minutes after it happened they told me there was nothing they could do, that I would have to contact the courier company myself to change this (even though it was a fault/glitch on their end, nothing I did incorrectly).
After a lot of hassle contacting the courier and updating to the correct postcode I eventually got my item via express shipping, they sent me the wrong item.
I’ve now been 14 days trying to get a response from them and nothing from them yet.
The poor reviews here are quite clearly indicative of how poorly this company is managed and how little they care about providing a reasonable experience, not even ‘good’ but passable. Never again, there’s far better places to shop than here and I should have taken the time to check the reviews here before putting myself through this.
Update: It’s been 2 weeks since issue was first reported and still nothing. Yet LN-CC can come here to respond to a public review within a day or two, speaks volumes of their priorities.

UPDATE 2: I have now FINALLY received a refund for the second returned product - and this while the third Klarna conflict I flagged was still ACTIVE, by the way. So it is possible to send a refund at any time, as Klarna stated. I said what I said (do read the whole review): DO NOT SHOP HERE.
UPDATE: After providing solid evidence that I have, in fact, returned BOTH items, customer service all of a sudden assured me a refund out of "goodwill" and asked me to mark the Klarna conflict I had flagged before as solved so they could issue the refund. I fell for it and marked it as solved. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTERWARDS. I have contacted customer service more than a dozen times since then and everyone told me they sent "urgent refund requests" to the relevant department so they would issue the refund. It has now been more than a week and still, nothing has happened.
After talking to Klarna again, they told me you can generally only flag three conflicts with a vendor - however, the vendor can send a refund AT ANY GIVEN TIME (even when the conflict is not marked as solved). There is absolutely NO NEED for the customer to do so in order to receive a refund. Klarna told me, however, some vendors ask the client to mark conflicts as solved in order for the customer to lose chances to flag complaints. Hence, LN-CC deliberately lied for me to close the complaint with Klarna, hoping I'd pay for a product I have not kept. This is absolutely unethical behavior - I have contacted a lawyer now and have no choice but solve this issue with legal action. AGAIN: DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE.

Do not shop here!!! I have been a customer for a long time at LN-CC, but my last experience has been terrible. I am not the only one, people have reported similar issues, according to recent reviews.
After requesting a return and returning TWO products, the shop issued an incorrect refund amount (only for one item). I immediately got in touch with customer service and have been going back and forth with them for almost two weeks. They still claim the refund amount is correct, which it most obviously isn’t - the items I returned are available again on the website.
This is terrible customer service to begin with - and either terrible warehouse management or deliberate fraud, too. I refuse to pay for a product that I have returned and will pursue legal action, if needed.

Terrible customer service
Order placed last week and an extortionate £15 paid for next day delivery; the delivery date passed and still no update. Called to cancel order, was told cannot. Checked that I could return for a full refund, and was informed I also could not - that the only way I could receive a full refund was to refuse delivery at the door. 4 unanswered emails and a phone call later, I still don’t have confirmation of this in writing as assured I would have, and I still don’t have an update on delivery. Totally unsatisfactory at any price point but when you’re selling higher price items you expect the customer service to reflect. Would appreciate contact today please. Wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole as a customer - sorry

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered! My Apt number was left off the address and when I tried to correct it UPS directed me to the sender! Ie. LN-CC! LN-CC said they could not correct it and they are not able to assist with something as simple as this because their orders are automatic! Ie no customer service! Will not order again and waiting on my refund! Do not use the word automatic if you pretend to have customer service!
