Absolute waste of time. Dysfunctional Artificial Intelligence system apparently being run by a girl with a laptop who has no control of the system. Answer questions with questions and then fail to respond. NY State department of financial services should revoke their charter as they are apparently nothing but a data gathering entity- further, the phone system is a joke. They refer you back to their website which then refers you back to their phone call system for problem solving.

It’s been almost a month applying with Loan Source and they assigned me a specialist who is so unprofessional and gave me false hope telling me I was approved by the SBA then I reach out for updates she don’t reply back until 2 weeks later saying it’s not approved it was sent to SBA. She never explained anything else don’t even know when it got submitted etc. I asked her again she ignored me. And everyone else’s I tried reaching keeps saying
She has to handle it. Meanwhile people are getting approved that applied way after me. This fishy
