Paid in Full, Order Refused, Refund Only After Bank Fraud Claim
I placed an order in mid-December for a specific delivery date and paid the invoice in full. The payment was successfully processed, which was later confirmed by my bank.
Despite this, Lobsterking refused to ship the order, claiming they had not received any payment. This was incorrect. When I provided proof and contacted my bank, the bank confirmed that the payment had gone through.
Instead of resolving the issue, Lobsterking asked me to pay again. I refused and filed a fraud complaint with my bank. At the beginning of the following month, I was finally able to recover my money.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
