I used it quite a bit. The problem is: it has a lot of bugs, sometimes puts out data that is only useable after considerable data work afterwards etc. For example: I tried to scrape data from Google Maps for a certain major European country and chose it in the mask. The tool then listed all kinds of cities in the US to scrape - WTF? Other example: I scraped quite a lot of data and exported it and only found out later, that there are to buttons to download. Both work, but one of them only makes a certain amount of data available. When I finally realised, that the data was incomplete, I had already deleted the job. In all those things the customer service is very good, they fix stuff fast, sometimes even pay you back your money or up the credits to make up for their bugs. But it is still frustrating to work with a tool, that is not properly developed and tested. I feel like a product developer, only that I have to pay for the privilege instead of getting paid.
