Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 65 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall, strongly describing the entire operation as a disappointing waste of time and money. Consumers frequently stated that the generated leads were either completely nonexistent, already contacted by competing agents, or composed of extremely poor quality contact details. Some reviewers were not happy with the unexpected credit card charges occurring right after sign-up, aggressive onboarding upsells, and the strict refusal to cancel active contracts. People also mentioned that customer support was practically nonexistent, completely unhelpful during issue resolution, and that direct phone numbers were entirely missing from official communications.

They are the WORST!

They are the WORST!! You do a Zoom meeting with Nadia Sadegh and then pay $ and then no leads, and then try to call and the message says "we are not available" and then a BOT texts you and swears they will help and does absolutely nothing! Its a huge SCAM/FRAUD!

Local Real Estate Leads promised 50…

Local Real Estate Leads promised 50 prequalified (hot) leads per month, based on my subscription level. Three weeks in I have received one lead which was supposed to have been set up for an appointment. I have emailed and called to discuss my concerns to be told, you have to give us time, you are in a 90 days contract, we are doing our best etc etc. I have used lead programs in teh past, this is by far the worst performance of any program I have used.

I signed up for this service after…

I signed up for this service after seeing an offer that for $97 they would provide real estate leads in Middlesex County, along with a mandatory onboarding call to get started.

When I attended the onboarding call, the representative, Lauran, quickly turned the conversation into an upsell for a higher-tier program, asking about my income goals and trying to move me into a more expensive option instead of providing the service I had already paid for.

That was not what I signed up for, and the call felt more like a sales pitch than an onboarding session.

When I explained that this was not what I wanted and asked for a refund of my $97, Laura responded by calling me rude and continuing to talk over me, which I found very unprofessional.

Overall, the experience felt misleading and high-pressure, and it did not match the expectations set when I signed up.

I have requested a full refund of my $97.

Don't waste your time...or money!

This company and PayPerClosing are one in the same.
I have been with them for a month now and several "leads" have told m they didn't fill anything out and even were shocked I had their info! Another guy set an appointment with Kevin the day before but when I called (a woman) he went off yelling "I was supposed to talk to Kevin, not YOU!". The way they talk to people is like they are the agent not that they are just appointment setters. 99% of the other leads will block your number as fast as it comes in because everything is coming from an 866 number. Such a waste of time, money, and energy! VERY annoying and disappointing!!

Great leads and support

Program is easy to use and delivers actual buyers and sellers for a change. The support team is fast in my experience. The leads definitely have helped me grow my business, although it took some patience.

Warning: This Company is a Complete Fraud

Warning: This Company is a Complete Fraud
Avoid doing business with this fraudulent lead generation service at all costs. They falsely promise "warm leads" that their staff has personally interacted with, guaranteeing 100 leads per month. In reality, nearly all (99%) of these so-called leads are invalid—people simply replying "STOP" to unsolicited text messages. This practice not only wastes your money but actively damages your professional reputation by associating your brand with illegal spam texts.
I am organizing a class action lawsuit to hold them accountable. If you've been scammed by these companies, lost money on worthless leads, or suffered reputational harm from their spam campaigns, please message me to join. Together, we can recover your payments and seek damages.
They operate under multiple aliases to evade complaints:

Local Real Estate Leads (localrealestateleads.net)
Find Local Real Estate Leads (findlocalrealestateleads.com)
My Realtor (myrealtors.properties)
Lava Lead – Phone: (619) 932-5721
Powered by GoHighLevel (gohighlevel.com)

And the list continues—they frequently change names to dodge accountability.
You're not alone—countless real estate agents have reported the exact same issues on Trustpilot, BBB, and Reddit. Don't let them get away with this. Message me today to join the fight and get your money back!58 web pages

The Worst of the Worst.

The Worst of the Worst.. They sell "vetted" real estate leads.. saying they call the leads before sending them over to you.. if so, how come I got 6 out of 10 leads without working numbers. If they actually called them, they would have known the numbers were non working.. when I called them on it they said they would replace the leads.. why would I want more leads from a fraudulent company? $600 down the drain.. stay away..

Scam company Do not fall for misleading advertising.

If I could give this company no stars I would. This company is a total scam with a contract that is impossible to cancel and very misleading. Do not believe this is free they hook you with that and then get you to sign a contract that requires you to pay $400 a month. Buyer Beware. Localrealestateleads.net is a total scam.

Complete scam of a company

Complete scam of a company. They send you leads that don’t exist. The people have no idea why you’re calling them. When you text them, they say. Not one even close to the whole time. Give your money to the poor. You’ll get a bigger reward for that.

Same company as Cheap Ass Leads, but different name

I think I made the connection on Facebook. No upfront costs, pay $495 at closing, and pre-screened referrals. Sounds great. After sending them $97 to sign up, I realized they were the same people who had Cheap Ass Leads. I am embarrassed to say how much money I wasted on Cheap Ass Leads. That company is not around anymore. If you check out that company on TrustPilot or the BBB, you will see numerous bad reviews. After I figured out who LocalRealEstateLead were, I immediately cancelled my card. Run from this company as fast as you can!

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Local Real Estate Leads. I did not receive a single lead the entire time I was subscribed, yet they continued to bill me without delivering anything they promised.

The first red flag was during sign-up — I was told I would not be billed until the following week, but they charged my account the very next day. When I reached out for clarification, I was told it was a “misunderstanding,” which did not feel honest or professional.

Even after that, I still never received one lead. No communication, no updates, and absolutely no value for the money they charged.

This service was a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend Local Real Estate Leads to any real estate professionals looking for legitimate lead generation or reliable customer support.

They try to claim these reviews are from the people who didn’t get success with their company, but I was on the phone with them for five minutes where they forced you to sign this thing before they’ll talk to you and then they won’t give me my money back because they talk to me and therefore that signifies them Setting up my account. Total Scam run run run run run run run.

DON'T FALL FOR IT

As with all the other Realtors that trusted their sales pitch, I, also, was taken. I only wish that there was a legal way to stop this. Realtors try to make an honest living and need referrals to achieve this. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BULLS%#$T. There is no address or viable phone number to contact them. You are wasting your money!!!
