I had erroneously messed up the unlocking code to the point that I could not access my wall safe. I managed to open it using the emergency key but the keypad would not allow me to create a new code.
I visited Paul at their showroom and he took great care to understand the problem and then offered a solution and a further video call if I needed it.

5 stars to Paul and Cole at Lock Assist, not only are they very courteous and professional, they also did a fantastic job of changing all the old door handles in my home plus fixing new locks onto the bathroom doors and they did a terrific job, I’m thrilled Thankyou so much! Sarah got back to me after my initial enquiry very promptly and this was followed up by Paul who then came to change my locks. Having moved into a new property it was appreciated how quickly Paul came out to see me. He changed the locks on 2 doors and 1 was straightforward and the other door was not in perfect alignment but Paul persevered. Very friendly and efficient service, more than happy, can highly recommend.

Good communication, friendly and fast work with the company as a whole. Not an easy job as Paul had to work with a badly fitted existing lock. However, Paul did a great job and fitted and replaced with a new lock on my door, even repairing the hinge so the door shuts smoothly. Very happy with the service and would use, again!
