I ordered meds cabinet keys. Unfortunately they didn't fit as I needed the older version of the key. They were able to cut the key I needed from a photo I sent and replaced the keys free of charge and I just sent the wrong keys back to them. Really helpful!

I called this company as my keys were not delivered. A lady answered and was so rude to me . They never make mistakes we must had put them in the bin.
Finally got them to refund the £7 but say we are not welcome to order from them anymore I have been a customer of theirs for years . They clearly need to learn to be polite and deal with problems .

Locker Keys went above and beyond to fix some old locks of ours. Very quick service and we couldn't recommend them enough!

Rang to attempt to rectify a problem with keys that a colleague ordered incorrectly. I spoke with Amanda on the phone and was appalled by her customer service skills. She was very rude and we will definitely not be using this company going forward.

Wish to express my appreciation of a first class service. Replacement keys and one spare lock/key ordered with you Tuesday evening online. Received this Thursday morning fitted within 5 mins of landing on my doormat. Highly recommended service.

Got exactly what i ordered, locker keys from serial numbers, what more could you ask, cheaper than replacing locks.

Ordered 16.00hrs received my keys next day.

Easy to identify your missing key from the lock number. I ordered and the key arrived promptly....but oh no I had transposed 2 numbers and ordered the wrong key. hoping that they would agree to change it I contacted Lockdoctor but not only did they change it but sent a replacement first class post no charge! Can't ask better than that. thank you so much

Had previously used another company for several years -they were okay but exoensive and we frequently had to wait for ages for order to arrive. Needed replacement locker keys at work. Had tried another site but their ones for my number didn't work. Took a risk and tried these guys and it paid off. They did work. :)
